It’s easy to find. I got four seasons- 900 dh. It’s a bit pricey compared to others. If you only want Hammam, you might want to go other places. But you get a scrub glove as souvenir. The massage was soft but decent. The lady did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with her. Maybe you can ask the front to arrange who can speak English.
The front person is very flexible and friendly.
I felt awkward when I saw a man was working inside. I was wearing bathrobe but naked. So I felt uncomfortable. Also, it was a bit cold while I was getting massage. Hence 4 stars.
Had 30 min Hammam and was disappointed. They charge a small fortune compared to other Hammams so do you're research and don't go by the hotels recommended*.
There wasn't much to it i was left in the sauna for most of the time alone. A lot more could be done with the time. Would not recommend this place personally.
The staff at Riad Zalia recommended this hamman . It is a very few minutes walk from the riad and I went alone . I am an older woman but was new to the hamman experience. All staff were extremely courteous and one spoke good English explaining exactly what to do. The hamman was clean and well decorated, the bathrobes were pristine .
The scrub was carried out thoroughly, the room was delightfully warm and the water hot. The darkness allowed perfect relaxation. The foot massage was initially gentle but became much more rigorous and extended to my full body. As good as any massage anywhere and better than most. I'm still not sure whether next time I would forego the pleasure of the head massage just to avoid oils on newly shampooed hair. I enjoyed the friendly company in the relaxation room with tea and biscuits. I paid for the Hamman Rose , it lasted 90 minutes and was very good value.
Most amazing massage ever.
Probably not the most instagram worthy Hammam in all of Marrakech, but the service and experience was impeccable.
Took a private hammam with massage. Very relaxing and we had no contact with other guests.
We have booked for the Tour of Morocco, a package with Hammam and Massage. Hammam has been done not quite good, with soap and oil distributed by a woman with lots of rush. Indeed the massage experience was very great in all of its parts, although it did not last one hour. Very good indeed!
Really great place. Service is excellent
I had the most amazing experience at the Hamman de le rose today. The entire process was thoroughly relaxing and everything is well thought out - small niceties such as comfy robes, a huge towelled sofa to relax on whilst waiting in between treatments, pastries and tea. Overall the Hammam itself was extremely pleaseant, my skin has never been so soft and the lady carrying it out talks you through each step and allows you to smell the oils and products being used. The massage was by far the best I have had. It's a hidden gem and I would thoroughly recommend it!
Great service, helpful, friendly. First time in a Hammam, would probably say that it's more of a hammam cum spa, just because it has more subtle niceties to what I was lead to expect from a Hammam. That being said it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, am looking for one in Bristol now!
I've given this 3 stars as we were slightly disappointed by the Hammam portion of our Hammam/Massage deal. An hr of each, but the Hammam consisted of a very fast rub down followed by nothing. We just lay there for 45 mins. Had we known we would have skipped this and jumped straight to the massage, because in highnsight it felt like a waste of money.
I enjoy writing good reviews, but I need to inform you that this establishment is unworthy of praise. The reason I give two stars is because the place was clean and had nice ambiance.
Unfortunately, my group of four made a reservation for a hammam and 30 minute massage for each of us ($50 USD each). Bottom line, the whole thing was extremely rushed and the massage was not relaxing.
The water poured over us (typically hot) was just slightly warm and in the room there was no steam. After washing they had us sit in a room (while we were still wet) where we drank tea and ate pastries. This would have been more appropriate at the end of the whole experience (how it is typically done). The "massage" was a rushed slathering of oils even when we asked for more pressure. We were left still oiled up after the whole experience. They offered to let us shower at the end, but in a small smelly shower at the end of the hall. We left
