Secluded from the city with a nice pool. The cafeteria food was bad to be nice about it. However the hotel was comped by the airline for a long layover so free is good.
This hotel is very stylish and has many amenities. There is a restaurant, a bar, a spa with massages, and an amazing pool. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the airport in Casablanca.
Great place. Supper courteous staff. Fantastic customer service and wonderful continental dishes for lunch. The Moroccan tea served was a plus and the Moroccan pastries was super. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. What more can I say. Giving the opportunity, I will definitely go back there and recommend it to others
My room here was provided for free by Air Maroc because I had an overnight layover. The room itself was very clean and nice, though the TV was on when I arrived which was kind of creepy. Food left something to be desired, but it was also free so I can't complain. Staff was also really friendly and helpful.
Very nice rooms with extreme polite staff. We took a taxi while in the hotel to visit the mosque Hassam II, which is beautiful. It was €50 for the entire day with the taxi divided by 4 people (that was a mini van).
Just OK to sleep (good bed). Everything else is poor. From the wc to the inexistent WiFi, and for last the food: it’s unacceptable. You can only have water from the tap to drink for example.
We had to stay due to a canceled flight (which seems to be pretty usual with air royal company). Not recommended!
We spent a night here because we had layover and the air company offered this accommodation. The hotel looks good but the wifi is only available in the lobby area, the breakfast and dinner are not so good. Is given with measures. The rooms are OK and clean but the window is not closing.
Best to be avoided. But from the looks most guests are just layover so as a hotel they are not really worried about repeat guests. No internet in the rooms. Very suprising. Breakfast is absolutely terrible . Rooms are tired and showing their age. Not a great deal to say that is positive.be sure to book your seating place in the lobby to use the Internet
No inroom Wifi, poor internet in public areas. Messy lobby bar. Please walk to other side, and find Atlas hotel bar, much better service there. At the check in they did not find my reservation, maybe need to pay double price. I will never come back.
Someone tried to enter my room twice at 3am.
The food was overpriced (€16 for a small amount) and average at best. Only good part about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport.
Good for a quick stop before your flight, but restaurants at the hotel not good.
The room is ok, and near the airport, but the wifi doesn't work in the rooms and barely in the lounge area. I have spend more than two hours asking and waiting for towels, and saw that other guests had the same problem. There were no silverware for lunch and people's foods were getting cold as we waited for forks.
Nice place to stay overnight when you have a stopover, food service is pretty average, comfy beds though
Good shuttle service, you need to walk out side the terminal and you will see either sky or relax bus shuttle it's the same company. Good service over all. Hotel very clean, nice room, comfortable bed, Flat screen TV with CNN & BBC channels.Good buffet breakfast. Hotel staff speaks English and very helpful. Highly recommended.
We stayed here free courtesy of Royal Air Maroc, due to a scheduled overnight layover in Casablanca. It's a nice clean budget hotel, with dinner and breakfast included.
Okay place to stay during a long layover in Casablanca. Staff are not very organised, though. Simple rooms, simple dinner.
Nice rooms, looks to be recently renovated. The bathroom was nicely done and my stay was comfortable. I'll stay here again when I need easy access to the airport.
nice and cheap, good for flight connections in Casablanca, close to Airport
This was nice with friendly staff. I stayed there due to an overnight stopover for a flight. Unfortunately due to a big conference and a big storm in New York that resulted in cancelled flights there was no rooms free. The staff were friendly and eventually found a room for myself and others about 2am when some checked out early.
