After 12 days in Morocco, thought I'd stay in a fancy place and it was allright. Better to stay in a riad. Shower didn't drain properly and they had banging construction above my room. Massage umm not professional, very sorry to say. I was so cold, they don't cover you with a towel. For this price, the hotel can invest to be better.

Clean, convenient and friendly hotel near the airport. Everyone is super accommodating, especially the restaurant staff. Our breakfast waiter Hamza made us feel like family and remembered us immediately when we returned a week later on our way home. Thanks Hamza and everyone else for making our stay great. We will be back in the future.

Great location, helpful staff, food selection is ok, but if you stay there longer, you will get bored. Excellent breakfast. Missing a gym, would be a nice addition.

This hotel is more like a 1-star hotel; definitely not a 4-star. The decor of the hotel is nice, however, it does not make up for it's shortcomings.

The front desk staffs were rude and dismissive; maybe because I was not French or Moroccan. In the restaurant, I wasn't served until 35mins after being seated. The worst part of all was the room -- the sheets and some of the pillow cases were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the room smelled.

If I had paid to stay at Atlas Sky, I would demand a refund. I should have just spend the night at the airport.

Hotel itself was fine; the reason for my one star rating is because I'm angry. Angry because they left me high and dry at casa voyagers train station after I blew past my stop and continued on to Rabat because of the lack of signage, and thrown to the vulture taxi drivers. When I called and asked them to help send a taxi for a reasonable price, they basically told me to tough it out, and the taxi SHOULD only be 300 Mad. It was much, much more. I'm livid.

Oh; and the wifi was dismal

Since it's been boring to stay at Atlas between the flights for 3 nights we decided to get to see Casablanca city. We asked front desk girls if they can recommend someone who would give us a ride, show us around the city who can speak English. They said they have a guy who can do it for us. They promised he would show everything in a perfect way, and all the trip& tour would cost $50. We asked again if he knows English to make sure we'd understand what he says. They assured us. So we got a guy from them named Abdul who was in Arabic robe and did NOT know English at all. And he did NOT show us the city. Did things slow, lingering time. He only brought us to Hassan Mosque (we were touring around it on our own) and let us go to a restroom (took additional $5 for it). That was it!!! We asked him to show us the beach and Morocco Mall at least as the hotel people had promised. No, he barely explained that the parking is too expensive over there(?!) and his time for us is out.and got us back to the hotel. It was total FRUSTRATION!!! We got upset and had to pay $50 practically FOR NOTHING!!! After getting out of the car we saw him splitting our money with the Atlas hotel doorman, so we got the point - they are teamed to do that rip off. They fool and mislead us, tourists. Shame!!! Don't trust them!!! Do not waste your money!

Stayed here for a 12 hour layover on my way to Europe. Can't complain worth the price considering the location (10 min to airport via free hotel shuttle; runs every 15-30 min depending on time of day). Hotel is connected in the middle to the Relax hotel (its cheaper sister facility). From what I could see, it was more business people staying with me than loud obnoxious families, so I have no complaints about noise.
Check-in was simple and easy; reception lady was friendly and spoke English. Room was clean and had simple furniture; also had a nice breeze coming through the window (stayed at the beginning of September) and the A/C worked well at night to keep the room cool and less humid. Check-out the following morning at 0430 was also a breeze I simply returned my room key and paid the 20 dirhams ($2 USD) for the city tax, then was outside waiting for the airport shuttle.
My only complaint was the food options: the 3 restaurants on site were mediocre (at best). Nevertheless, the hospitality and service from the bartender was excellent.
Would definitely stay again if I had a layover in Casablanca. Word to the wise: hotel (like the airport) is far from the city center, so those who will be staying in Casablanca for vacation are probably better off staying in the city.

Use this hotel only as a last resort. If you can get another hotel, do it. It starts with the staff in the reception, it seems like they are always in a bad mood and they really show it by not even smiling or saying hello. It is a airport hotel so people come and go all night. The rooms are not at all sound proof so you will hear different kind of noises all night. Everything from people with bags to the screaming cleaning ladys.. all night.
The safetybox is not bolted to the wall or anything else so you can easily just lift the whole thing out and just walk away with it.
And the breakfast is a joke. If you are a man you will not even get a good morning from the staff but if you are a young woman you will have 3-5 male waiters helping you pour a cup of coffee. You will leave the breakfast hungry.

For people who have a stopover with RAM flight and arriving late, expect a meal from what seems are left overs from hours before. You can also expect people smoking on the corridors, but these are just the local laws that permit that. Breakfast is ok for a 3* hotel. Room key was working 1 out of 10 times and Wifi is not available in all rooms, at least not on 3rd floor. There is a small store , but still was not open at 9h and opening hours are not available.

Breakfast is okay. Not enough coffee and coffee always warm, never hot. Room is good with good heating and A/C as needed. Dinner menu grossly inadequate with no vegan options. Final insult: restaurant opens at 7 pm for dinner. Hotel WiFi slow. Grrrh!
