The best hotel in Agadir for families and singles, impressive sea & pool view from the hotel room, very friendly staff from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant. No-Alcohol which is a big advantage. A big variety in the breakfast served each morning.
We stayed there for 3 nights. The receptionist was rude and not helpful with people. The experience was good overall. The hotel needs some renovations. But the rooms are clean and tidy. Other staff and servers were friendly always smiling and welcoming. We had half board there.the breakfast was great. The dinner was okay but the pastry and desert are amazing very tasty and high quality all is made daily and fresh.but the drinks are not included even the water which is unacceptable. I will recommend this hotel if only they ameliorate the front desk staff.
Service was good. Hotel nice and clean. On the beach. Can walk along the promonade about 25min walk to the main part of beach (Mcdonalds area). Only downside food finishes at 10pm so no late night snacks or food
Does the job, nothing fancy. Buffet food and good when working away and staff are helpful. Close to beach if on holiday.
If this hotel was in Europe I would not of given it five stars, four at most. From the minute I arrived, the staff were fantastic and looked after me. The concierge took me to my room, carried my bag, showed me the bathroom, switched the television on, showed me the balcony and view. The smallest change I had on me was £10 note, so tipped him, well that made his day. I freshened up walked down to reception to grab a coffee and was embarrassed by a English woman arguing with the hotel management, that she could not get a glass of wine. The hotel clearly states its alcohol free, it's a Muslim country and alcohol is heavily taxed. That does not bother me, where ever I travel I embrace the local culture.
There is a musty smell in the corridors of the hotel as there are trees and plant growing inside, it isn't unpleasant, you do get use to it, the inside gardens are beautiful.
The spa is amazing and the staff again looked after me, and the best morrocan tea I have had.
Well the swimming pool, is amazing and well set in the hotel gardens.
The snack bar makes the best pizza I had in Agadir, it isn't cheap by Agadir standards, very good though and the staff are very accommodating.
I spent Christmas there and I will go back as it is a good base for hiking and surfing. Cannot wait 😀
Gd place to party but expensive
Great hotel. A little distance away from the centre. Not much selection on breakfast. But other than that the staff are friendly the atmosphere is relaxed and the hotel is clean.
Hotel needs to work on their staff, no water complementary and they don't allow you to bring your own water. Everything else is just the minimum standard. Facility needs much maintenance. I don't recommend this hotel unless if you just want free breakfast and walk down the beach.
It's an OK hotel big rooms the biggest hotel swinging pool in agadir
They need to take care of the staff
Very nice hotel and staff. Food is very good. Fabulous pool and right on the beach.
Very nice hotel i love big room and ppl are very friendly top place to relax..
Top top
Super
A super hotel with views of beach, sea and Agadir not to be beaten, breakfast good with wide range available, customer service great too. If you want a romantic getaway then this has got to be it, I went alone :(
The hotel is beautiful. It's sits on the beach. Amazing pool. Our room had a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The Libby is tasteful and inviting. The dining room is beautiful architecturally. Service was wonderful. Highly recommended!!
