The hotel room wasn't 4*. Furniture were old and ugly. TV still old CRT style like the 80s. I have been to 2* hotels which are better served and represented. The apartment was very basic not even one star. Smelly toilet and no extractor in bathroom and toilet. Ants and spiders are everywhere in the apartment.

I booked a room for our honeymoon, by looking at the pics I thought this would be amazing however my perception changed when I got there. Room was dirty, they don’t change the bed sheets unless you ask them too, something I thought would be a “normal” thing to be done. Hardly anybody spoke English at the hotel, with the amount of tourists they have you would think they would. The staff at the reception were not helpful at all. Nobody knew what a first aid box was, after asking them they quoted a price of £25 people night 😳🤔 Very disappointed with the whole experience. The hotel doesn’t deserve a 4 ⭐️ Rating.

We had a very enjoyable one week stay at the Anezi Tower Hotel. The room was quite big and always cleaned nicely. The food had a good quality however didn't change too much throughout the week. Therefore much of the ingredients seemed to be sourced locally. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient: About 5min walking distance from the ocean and close to some shops and restaurants.

We can definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Had a great time at this hotel, food was very good and a great choice. The staff were very helpful and always had time for a chat. The room was really good very colourful, very clean and modern.The lady who cleaned my room was good at her job and she left my room spotless every day.I had a wonderful view and would not hesitate to book this hotel on my return to Morocco Nov 2017.

Wasn't sure what to expect when booking but we arrived to great hospitality, clean and generous room size with a superb view! Definitely recommend especially if you want nearby beach time and excursions!

Not recommended at all.
Very bad Hotel, it is actually a 2 stars and not a 4 stars hotel
We arrived they gave us a room which was not cleaned, even the beds were still not done. We had a sea view reservation but they gave us normal rooms saying "You can see the sea indirectly from your window". change of the room has been promised for the Next day in the morning and then again the new rooms were not ready.
Old beds and furnitures and the pillows were so old/not well cleaned that had a yellow colour.
Air condition doesn't work in anyway in all the 5th floor
Wifi is very limited to the reception area mainly.
The private beach has very old deckchair and in front it has around 200 metrrs of free beach. So actually to swim you need to go through all the free area. Moreover to go to the beach you need to go down stairs and it's around 10 mins walking away.

Great service, polite people. Only downside is the internet quality in your rooms, other than that. It's worth the money.

A nice resort hotel with a great view.
Pros: Best views in town, provided you are in the top half of the tower; large swimming pool and sunbathing area; great buffet breakfast selection, including fresh pancakes and fried eggs, with option of outdoor terrace for eating; private area on the nearby beach; free on site parking

Cons: internet quite slow; this is a large hotel so can get quite busy in common areas

Bad reception service, we arrived and our room was not ready, 1 hour later was not ready, so they gave us a diferent room. The room are very very old, the carpets and the badromms are dirty and the fourniture is very old. Just the reception and the buffet are ok.

I stayed in anezi tower hotel for almost 2 weeks. Morocco are still not at good level of service like Turkey or other touristic county. But I like the hotel. Especially the hotel's stuff. There was charming girls on the reception, amazing barmen and very good hotel manager!
