Beautiful hotel, not very far from Medina-Fes. The room was good but with little disfunctioning details (dripping at the bathroom, fridge door etc).
Very rich and tasty buffet, both breakf and dinner but very bad service at the restaurant for a 5* hotel

Didn’t stay here but dropped in for some tea and cake. Service was good and the staff are friendly. The concierge was very kind and helped us get a taxi even though we weren’t guests at the hotel. Quite rare in Fes.

This hotel is fine, with nice roo s, big pool, and restaurant. Close to the old Medina (town) just a noisy cab ride, but you have to do it, the people are lovely.

Good place for a stop over, handy to the old Medina, just a cheap cab ride in the craziness of Morocco. Pool ok, beer available to be had by the pool, ( weren't sure), restaurant i felt was limited, also for breakfast buffet, but small issues really.

Nice place, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, but more of a 4 star experience than a 5 star experience. It's like a nice Marriott but not like a Four Seasons.

Nice rooms, nice staff, reasonable rates. Food is very poor at breakfast, AC did not work, wifi was weak in the room, beds are very firm, room was not spotless as one would expect from a big hotel chain, and they did not allow food or drink from the outside! If they want people to spend money at their restaurant, they should make it competitive (reasonably priced) and not hold people captive.
