I read the the reviews about the hotel seemed like a good hotel
When i got their on my first day at the hotel i got problems
Staff was unprofessional
Didnt know how to speak to the customers
Ac was not working
There was cockroaches on the bed they never use to clean the rooms properly
First day they had no water also they wouldnt supply bottle water
We was fed up of it wanted our money back the manager was telling us go out etc when you come back we will have water. Was a bad experience first day and no water
Didnt get water till the next day
When asked for money back or pay for our accomadation in a different hotel
He started to say cant do nothing you got to wait for the water
Would never recommend this hotel
Breakfast was not nice
We paid city tax on our first day at the hotel
They wanted more money for city tax on the last day they charged us more than they shouldresponse / report this review -

I love this hotel and everything about it! My room was lovely, clean and the bed cosy. The room cleaners kept it so well and even added rose petals around the room to scent it out. The buffet breakfast was to die for!! Sooo tasty and something for everyone. I didn't have the buffet dinner as wasn't much for a vegetarian but the pizza was good. I would walk round the corner about ten minutes to a local area and get some decent food for really cheap, much cheaper than the hotel too. That's the loss for the one star and the same for not being able to take your own alcohol or drink or food in but I did and kept in my room. Sorry! The pool is beautiful, so if the grounds. Plenty of seating areas and the list could go on! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Dated hotel which was a few minutes further along from main tourist sites. Whilst that meant it was a little more peaceful it was a bit more of a pain and more expensive to get to Jama'a F'na. Walkable but not 10min. Also could hvaecusedctge buses more.
Anyway hotel has its own large pool, lovely breakfast and spa on site. Rooms were a little dated and required upgrade. The staff on reception were friendly but we constantly had to get in touch as something or other wasnt working as it should. Cleaning staff also had quite dated views of customer service. One lady (who was incharge) refused to replace all the towels after we showered because she counted 4 in and there were 5 of us. Any explainations of if she must have counted wrong and that it was for children fell on deaf ears. It was mildly commical in her manner of trying to punish us - like it was boot camp. I think someone forgot to mention we were "guests" (paying ones at that!!!).
Anyway worth a visit if you want of be away from the general hubbub.response / report this review -

Best 4* hotel I have ever stayed in Morocco. Location is perfect as it is in the middle of Giliz High Street (New City) & The Big Square in Old City.
Staff at reception was helpful, room service, breakfast, spa centre, swimming pool, everything was perfect. Stayed there from january 2-5 this year.
Try & You will be amazed

Nice hotel. Spacious well kept grounds. Large pool with children's area. Good food and helpful staff. Large rooms with fridge. Loads of sofas throughout the hotel to chill out. Entertainment 6 nights a week. Fantastic singer..the guy is awesome..get down for meals early as coach parties demolish the buffet in minutes. Food replenished frequently but the queues can go on a bit. 20 mins walk from Starbucks and main shopping area of the new city. Great place to stay.

I do not recommend this place at all!
Went there with my family, and we booked for 4 nights with breakfast and diner included..
What a shame..
We have changed room probably three times.. either because of the smell, cockroaches, or because they gave us a room with people inside.. bathroom was not working well, my sister for example, took a shower this morning and don't have any warm water, I mean I could cite so many problems in that hotel
When you are at the buffet for breakfast, we would fight to get a plate, a damn plate. This is ridiculous..
The breakfast is not even good..
So now after two horrible days at the place we have decided to book another hotel that is actually professional.
You can tell that there is a big problem of management in the company, I feel like they are just working the way they want and they have zero ethics..
We left the hotel, explaining that we could not handle it anymore.. they said "Okay, hope to see you soon".. like seriously ?? We have told them that basically, their place is a dump and that is all they can say ?
Not even a sorry..
I am really feeling bad for the employees because I don't blame the problems on them because if you don't have any management or supervisory or even some rules, ethics..
Anyway, to finish this review I believe that they have a lot of space and they could do way way way better with what they have..
I am someone that is optimistic and I really hope they change everything in this place so they can use their full potential.. but right now, nothing is working at all! It is a disaster.. they need to restart from the roots if they actually want to be a descent, efficient hotel..
But right now, people, I do not recommend that hotel at all..
I really hope management will see this message, which I don't think they will.. but let's pray they will.response / report this review -

we enter the hotel and ver out rooms , 1h30min to get it clean, TV not working ,no water,bad AC, very Next day we go get breakfast , no spoons, all the Butters packaes are Open, toasters not working , pilates atento clean, the pool, the ONLY thing good of the hotel. Overall i want my money back and want my 4 days wasted on hotel back

Very poor service. Staff don't speak English at all and are rude. Rooms are very dirty and smells of cigarettes. Not worth the price. Will spoil your holiday.

We stayed here for 8 days. We arrived early therefore our room was not done, we sat down near to the pool. The pool is really nice on a hot summer day. Unfortunately it needs a refurbishment(like to the full hotel). Our room was done at 2pm so we checked in, which was not too pleasant. The front desk team served everyone who spoke French before they started to care about us who speaking just English. Very bad feeling. We went up to the room. In the room no, towel no duvet cover but extra 3 pillow(dirty) middle of the bed without cover. I wanted to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. I went down and personally speak with them, again the same who speaking French got the attention. When finally I could speak with the front desk they said they will send someone. Hours and nothing asking again, answer: The hotel is full maybe tomorrow. WHAT?? So we just went out from the hotel to calm down and eat/drink something. When we returned finally they took the dirty pillows and we got towels but duvet covers no. Unfortunately the duvets were in that condition that we decided to sleep without duvet. Day after day we started to be ok with the front desk behaviour and the housekeeping team “work“. One day we left the Privacy sign out as we did not want anyone in our room, when we returned after a walk we found our door completely open and an engineer working on the phone. We stand there for a few minutes when finally he noticed that someone is there. No any sorry or explanation he just left the room.
GYM 3rd or 4th day we went in the GYM at the morning everywhere empty bottles and 2cm thick dust on everything. Deep breath and we went over it and started the exercises, correct it we wanted but half of the machines are out of order. They have around 10-11 machines and 4 or 5 broken (Long time).
Restaurant: Breakfast for the first 2-3days were almost perfect but unfortunately they are serving always the same so better to book without breakfast or you will be bored. A couple of morning we went to eat earlier and sadly noticed that the station where they supposed to do the pancakes and omelettes are empty the staff come after 1 hour. Annoying thing that the restaurant staff is not asking your room number when you are entering they are asking after you sat down and start to eat.
It seems that this is completely normal in this hotel as they did not feel that they should ask how they can make better our stay or how was our stay.response / report this review -
