  We took 3 tours with them, Essouira was good, Ouzoude waterfall was bad, Ouarzazate was terrible: the pick-up driver was 1/2 - 3/4 hour late in the morning. We got a local family in the bus who came with a very small child and a baby in a carrier, perfect for a 4 hour drive. Our bus was an old (700k+ km) transporter which had problems with the climbs but it was ok and we had a nice driver. At the first fortress we were handed over to a guide (+20-25 MAD / person) with the plan: 1 hour tour, 1 hour lunch. The problems started here The local family didn't wanted a guide and wasn't OK with the timing. After 15-20 min discussion () the group agrees to have a 1,5 hour stop lunch included. Everyone was there on time and then the family went into the restaurant when questioned they said they didn't care. We asked the driver he told us to call the company The whole group sat outside the restaurant (everyone just had lunch) and waited 1/2 hour for the family. In 20 mins we very in our final destination Ouarzazate, where we had only 1 hour left A quick run through the fortress and the cinema museum (this was awesome we sooo wanted to stay longer) was all we got we had to come back on the 4 hour drive which lasted 5+ hours because the driver was asked to be extra carefull not to wake the babies. When we arrived back in the city and the hotels came we lost again. We asked the driver to hurry but although 4 of us were around the railwail station he dropped the family first which leed us to an arriving time of 22:20 (instead of the promised 19:30) hence we missed our prepaid dinner in the hotel.

  We went to two one day tours (cascades and As Sawira) and everything was fine. There and back, safe and sound. The agent (Mehdi) was extremely helpful and he provided us with all information we needed.
  
  You just need to consider some cultural differences. There is necessary some waiting time in the morning before you departure to switch buses and it seems that Moroccans are relying more on verbal agreement instead of additional paperwork.
  
  For the people complaining on different prices - there is no scam on the agency end, simply your riad / hotel is adding their provision to the overall price. So either go find a tour on yourself or stop complaining about the provision for the additional service. The same stands for taxi fares, it is always more expensive if you are using the hotel service.

  It was a great pleasure and privilege to discover Marocco with the company of Ihmed of Great Travel Marocco,who proved to be a very responsible and well prepared driver. Ihmed was not only a driver but a very enthusiastic guide all over our trip from Marrakech to Sahara, one of those person who like to share their native culture, let his passengers not only to safely get to their destination, but also understand in depth the beauties and the roots of the places visited. Every single stop on the way from Marrakech to Sahara deser was very well planned and organised, with the choise of beautiful gardens and rest places to have lunch or to spend time for a quick coffee on the road. Everything was made on time and according to previously scheduled programme of the trip. Time to see the different attractions on the way to the desert was accurately enough to experience the real taste of the places visited. I highly recommend to organize a tour with Great travel marocco and to choose the company of Ihmed for a trip in Morocco!

  Horrible!!!!
  Guías totalmente desagradables, nos ofrecieron jaimas increíbles. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que eran horribles y cochinas.
  La comida era mala.
  Mohamed se hace ver muy simpático pero luego no nos dio ninguna respuesta.
  NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

  Took a trip to Ourika valley and I can say it was great. Driver picked us up from our hotel at the agreed time and we travel in a small minibus (8people). We stopped in a fee shops and bought some souvenirs. Driver was very safe and we fell at ease. He also answered all our questions and even took pictures of us even if we did not ask him :) the walk to the waterfall was a bit rushed but okay. The guide was very quite at the beggining but he got more chatty when we started asking him more questions. He told us a lot about the local lifestile, agricultures and other things. We skipped on dinner and spent our free time visitng a local village and chilling near the spring where children wash the herbs that they pick and sell later. It was an amazing trip and we wabt to say thanks to a great travel!

  our car broke down halfway on the tour to the desert and we missed the sunset on the camel ride. There was no backup plan when we got stuck on the road and everyone waited almost 5-6 hours just sitting there on the side of the road doing nothing. Prices vary depending on where you book it, I booked mine through the riad we stayed at and found out that we paid much more than some others on the same tour, and we still had to pay for the ride to Fez when it was included for others. Kind of unfair but couldn't aviod getting ripped off. It should be around 90 euros from what I heard including the ride. We paid 20 more per person just for the ride from the desert to Fez, not a big deal but not cool to find out we're being charged differently for the same tour and there was no help when the car was stuck. I was travelling with a group of 5 other people and our car had about 15 people in total. Overall the tour is good, just wished we didn't miss the sunset with the camel ride and didn't pay extra for no reason. Keep in mind the deset is freezing at night! You'll also end up sharing room with 10 other people, they ran out of space because we got there too late and we ended up sleeping in the dining area.

  One day trip in the 3 valleys. They speak enough to understand how things are going here. didn't ask for drinktips but we did. The visit was peacefull. We were not trekkers. Just French citizens who want to go out of Marrakech and want to see something different. the drivers took care of our old granny during the 1h hour walking with another guide. Very nice of them
  
  As us, they were quite happy to go out of Marrakech and smell fresh air.

  We booked a 3 days-2 nights trip to the desert with them. The trip was cheap without haggling and in general a very nice experience to be in the desert. Regrettably we did not get what we asked and paid for or what they promised us. The bus had no air conditioning (bad idea at 44 degrees), the room was in a hostel with dirty and stinky rooms and also no air conditioning. The toilet was dirty and beds where also not clean. Water was not included as they told. At the back trip we should be droped off in our hotel but they refused to do it and they left us somewhere in the city.
  
  As I said the trip was cheap and we did not haggle it but we expected to get what the promised. We had pay more if needed. I would recommend to do this trip to anyone but I would look for a more reliable company.
