Hotel was good & staff friendly. Unfortunately the Chivas Regal bottles at the bar are not filled with Chivas Regal!!

Located in Quartier Hassan, this luxury hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Mosque and Mausoleum of Mohammed V and Hassan Tower. Royal Palace is 1.9 mi
Along with 2 restaurants, this hotel has an outdoor pool and a health club. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a bar/lounge, a sauna, and a rooftop terrace are onsite.response / report this review -

This hotel is so trashy and doesn't even deserve half a star
we were a group here for a conference and when we arrived we did not find towels,shampoos or body lotion plus there is no café nor water even as a welcome package
Despite that there are some staff members who were kind but the administration lacks the will to better manage and serve people
When I complained to the reception officer about the shampoo she responded that it was over
A lot of noise, old furniture and smelling toilets

Stayed there for 3 days, nice location which is walking distance from many historical places, rooms are clean, people in room service are very polite and clean,the people in the restaurant and reception the same, big thanks to Imane from reception for her helping with her beautiful smile all the time, will come again for any vacation in Rabat.
