This is the right spot for buying CTM bus tickets and boarding the CTM bus (esp for those who go to Chefchaouen). For those who buy CTM bus ticket, just walk pass the parking lot in the gated area and straight into the building. You will see CTM booth where you could purchase a ticket. For those with ticket, make sure you ask the ticket office which gate number for boarding CTM bus at the lot (the bus arrived 20 min before my departure time). As mentioned previously by others, the bus station is very old, chaotic and dirty.

This is a horrible bus station. Dirty, overcrowded, chaotic. I wouldn't consider Getting a bus other than CTM from here. Supratours is apparently the best bus company but doesn't leave from here.

We couldn't locate the office where CTM tickets can be purchased, since there are more CTM-offices found on google. Now we now there ís a CTM ticket booth at this busstation and tickets to several places can be purchased there!
Apart from the people shouting over there the system worked well.

Crowded, not clean, random people trying to sell you tickets. Go to the booths, don't buy from people walking on the halls. Prices are not standard, some may sell you tickets for higher prices. Not well organized. Poor signalisation. Buses park with no apparent order. However, there are plenty of buses coming in and out so you have several options during the day.

Not so clean, too many people who are willing to scam over you.

Nejme Chamal buses look fine outside but don't get fooled by their look. If you get on the bus, highly likely you will get pissed off by its bad quality.

Worst part was that you will have to pay for loading your luggages on the bus. And the price was very different than what ticket booth people tole you about. It was 5dh when I was address from the ticket booth but at the bus, they requested twice.

Use CTM. That is the best option.
