  Professional car rental. Everything was alright, paperwork was fast and car we got was great. Truly recommend them

  WORST RENTAL CAR AGENCY EVER !!
  booked a car rental for Fès.
  
  Upon arrival in Fes airport at 10am, I did not find any First Car representative waiting for me at the gate, as instructed in my reservation.
  
  I waited 15 minutes, then called the number on the reservation. The representative on the line instructed me to wait until he gets ahold of his Fes colleague. I called him several times over the next hour and he ended up giving me his colleague's number.
  
  I called his colleague, and he then showed up around 11:30, 1h30 after the initial appointment.
  
  He informs me that the car I booked is not available. He offers another car at the same price. I accept it because I needed to leave urgently.
  
  He then said I could not pay by credit card and had to pay cash. I found it outrageous that I couldn't pay as agreed in the reservation and that the service was so poor! The representative said he could not offer anything else, with no apologies, and left.
  
  I had to take taxi and find another solution by my own.
  
  WORST RENTAL CAR AGENCY EVER !!!
