We've used whatsapp to contact the rental dealer that was so kind that answered also on not working hours ( late night). We've rented a car for 1 day and there was no problem ( other car rentals have minimum 3 days). There was also the option to hang over the car next day at the airoprt sw we were ready to departure home so we've chosen that without any extra money. Arrived at the airoport 10min earlier and the persons that would take the care were already there. The car was with an automatic shift box which i strongly suggest if you don't know the car how goes and if there is a lot of traffic where you're driving. The car was new and the only thing that i can blame very little was the tyre pressure sensor that was on: we've checked the tryes pressure at the gas station but all was ok ( probably a change of tyres and the not calibration of the sensor).
Thanks a lot for this opportunity, i really suggest this car rental because of the kindness, quality and help you get.

Great rental service! They were able to deliver a 4x4 right to the riad where we were staying in Marrakesh, and let us return at Casablanca airport (small extra charge for that). The whole process was well organized, and they had good communication throughout. They even made it easy when we had to change the return time/day from our original plan due to a flight change. No problems. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to rent a car or truck in Morocco.

We rented a car there for a week and even though we didn't have a reservation, everything went smooth. The car was nice and clean and they let us return it in a different time than we originally agreed on. One phone call and everything was settled. They were very nice and they were even ok with the car being a bit muddy. Didn't charge us anything extra.

Very pleasant car rental. We were offered a newer and bigger car than we ordered for a very decent price. Car pick up at the hotel and returning at the airport went fast and without any hassle. Would rent again and would recommend to rent (and reserve from home).

This place is a real treat. Good location of the office, very reasonable prices, almost new and very well maintained cars, quick pick up and drop off process, nice staff. My only problem was, that the deposit of 10000 dirhams was blocked on my card for 3 weeks, but I guess this is the bank's fault.

I've contacted Medloc Maroc after reading a lot of terrible reviews for Avis and other airport rent-a-car services and I've couldn't be more happier with the decision. Mr. Bayo was very helpful and informative to provide all information before our trip. Booking was an ease as well as a pickup. Car Hyundai i10 was new and in a perfect condition, its been well taken care off, we had it for 12 days, and there wasn't a single issue with it. Drop-off as well without problems. It's a kind of a service you would expect in a Western Europe. Generally I thought that rent-a-car in Morocco as well as driving will be stressful but it wasn't. Most of the roads are better than in Eastern Europe and drivers are disciplined. There are a lot of radars and very few reckless drivers, I mean its not exactly Germany but its far from crazy driving in Egypt and Middle East. True 5/5 stars for Mr. Bayo and Medloc Maroc

Me and my wife vistited Marroko for a week and needed to rent a propper off road car as we were going into the desert for the most of the time. I was very impressed with the service Medloc provides and especially Bayo the owner of the organisation. At first we were just happy with the price and speed of the vehicle we rented (a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport). The communication in the beginning was easy going and fast. The actual fine tuning of information of the final details to be able to receive the car was fast and right outside of our hotel/Riad. Which was ideal! But I was so impressed and happy when my wife had a accident on a roundabout on the way back to Marrakesh. Technically it was our fault so I was very worried about the cost and also about all the possible hassle. From the moment I called him he very practical, easy going, kind and thoughtfull. Once one of his guys came to pick up the car and did some calling to his garage he suggested we pay an amount and I was extremely surprised in the most positive way. All in all driving in Marroko is pritty good but around Marrakesh it can be pritty crazy. Having someone like Bayo to help you is a very good thing indeed. Thanks Medloc and thank you very much Bayo and obviously I will be renting again soon when I return. Maybe next time we can meet in person. Best Regards, Daniel and Erica

I had a great experience with Medloc. I stayed in a riad in Marrakesh which was not accessible by car. The representative came all the way to the riad, walking and he led me to the car. Very gentle person.
I delivered the car in Casablanca, also with a very gentle person.
The car was quite new, it was great value for the price. Way better than the international car rental companies!

- everything was explained during handover (Documents, spare tire, what to do in case of emergency, even our routing)
- Brandnew car with 2.000km
- Return at Airport RAK also straight forward, nothing to complain about.

Everything was as planned. I got the car as soon as I arrived at the airport in Marrakesh, quickly signed the contract and my journey was started. The car was a very healthy and efficient Dacia Logan. I drove to Agadir, Assuayra, Assafi etc. I really enjoyed the trip and handed the car in easily. The only problem was it took several days after calling them to have the deposit back into my credit account. I didn't know how it was working! Anyway, if I go to Morocco again I will definitely use the same company for hiring the car.

Great, friendly, local car hire shop.
Cant say enough about this place, extremely simple to hire a well priced car from. A lot cheaper than the huge car hire companies and a lot more personal which was nice.
Car had no faults and ran very well, drove it around the whole country (literally). Just one small annoyance when I got the car was that is was dry of petrol, luckily there is a station just around the corner.
