Avoid at all cost. Beds are unbearably uncomfortable and rooms are extremely noisy and dirty lack of cleaning and maintenance staff at the reception can barely be understood. A TOTAL JOKE!!!!

The Hotel is a bit rum down but that was compensated by the amazing and friendly staff. Always so attentive and helpful.

Awful. The staff is rude, the hotel is way overpriced, the rooms are extremely old, and the icing on the cake- bed bugs!! Stay at Hotel Almas right down the street that is quite nice.

Aucun accueil à l'arrivée. Prix totalement faux!!! Nous avons payé 150€ de plus de ce qui était prévu. De plus le Petit déjeuner était inclus dans l'annonce et à la fin du séjour ils nous ont fait réglé le petit déjeuner. Quand mon mari leur a dit que c'était pas normal le personnel nous a agressé en nous disant qu'il fallait apprendre à lire . Et le pire c'est qu'à l'arrivée dans la chambre des culottes était entrain de sècher dans la salle de bains appartement à je ne sais qui (photos ci dessous)!! Bref n'allez surtout pas dans cet établissement si vous n'aimez pas les coup de traite je vous conseille le Novotel largement moins cher et excellent piscine plus grande chambre super

La majorité du personnel est accueillant. C'est propre. Petit dej un peu sec et toujours pareil. Le gros problème est les fenêtres qui ne sont pas du double vitrage. Nous sommes sur une avenue donc des voitures et des cris h24 c'est vraiment dommage!!!
La piscine est petite mais vue génial et bonne musique (plutôt hiphop)response / report this review -

Merci aux personnels pour leurs accueil et sympathies ainsi qu'aux boss du lieu. Hotel très bien placé a proximité de tous les lieux touristiques ou festifs de Marrakech. Demandé a Ibrahim ( taxi toujours dispo devant l'hôtel )et il vous emmène ou vous voulez. Hotel très bien tenue , moderne avec un restaurant de bonne qualité et surtout une très belle carte des vins marocain. Je vous le conseille

Friendly staff, and nice roof top pool. The room had a nice comfortable large bed, also very clean, and plenty of room for sitting area. The breakfast downstairs was fine. I would definitely visit Fashion Hotel again.

This hotel really has a "Moroccan" vibe to the rooms. They tried to make it look like a old ryad inside the rooms. It made me feel stuffy.. the seats were uncomfortable. The bathroom was smelly (not because its not clean.. but just the construction or material or something). The room was very clean. But there are no plugs right next to the bed which is also not so practical. The TV did not work in the room. And there is no kind off view from your room. But for a short stay it is a good option!
