cafe ROUGE We found this by accident as it was starting to rain and we were really hungry.
This restaurant was excellent - the food was super tasty (we had some traditional egg, meatball stew), the staff was very friendly, the price was good, the view was amazing and the restaurant had an amazing atmosphere.
I highly recommend the coffee we had there - I am close to saying it is the best little cup of coffee I have ever had in my life !!! Small but super tastyresponse / report this review -

A must do, particularly if you come some time in the evening! Beware of pickpockets and don't get lured into the reach of the henna women or the monkey men and you will be fine
