  This hotel we stayed in is one of the reasons why we fell in love with Fez. It's like an oasis with unbelievable atmosphere. After having the experience of traditional breakfast, which Alaa himself prepared, we decided to eat dinners at the hotel too. The combination of good atmosphere, tastes and beauty made for an unforgettable experience. Fez in the Dar Seffarine hotel on the most beautiful and authentic square is an unforgettable Fez.

  My husband and I visited this Riad in September for 5 days and it was simply amazing!! The Riad was extremmely clean and beautiful!! The owners Alaa and his wife Kate were really nice and so helpfull in everything and so friendly! A special thanks to the employees Zour and Radhija the food at this Riad is really the best food in Fez.. dont even bother to try to find a place to eat because it is the best food ever!! We can’t wait to be back..

  Beautiful timeless dar/riad that was meticulously and thoughtfully restored to it's ancient glory. Stunning! Inspired! I'm most glad they thought to share the magic with us. Zoohair (sp?) Was an excellent welcome and ensured we had a spectacular visit. Check out great meals offered in house and stunning views offered on rooftop terrace. Trouble is how do you leave such a place!
