Just got back from 4 day's at this hotel. The room hadn't been cleaned, the beds were dirty. Footprints on the wall. And small bugs crawling everywhere. Promised it would be cleaned, but wasn't. Food was ok. But it's not ALL INCLUSIVE. You have to pay for named spirits. Never again would I return

Me and my partner just spent a week here for Christmas, we didn't expect much for Christmas, however there was 2 days of events on, santa even visited on a camel and gave gifts to the children!
Even though it was off season the events team worked hard and kept us entertained if we chilled at the hotel for the day. Every night they had a show in the theatre.
There is an excursions office within the hotel so you can book with them and get picked up and dropped off.
The hotel is slightly far out but there is a shuttle bus you can book for 4 euros per person, return, and there was several times during the day to chose from.
The staff are all really friendly and attentive, they spoke both French and English.
I would visit this hotel again!

The staff are soooo friendly, the food was amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. We spent 14 days here in December 2022 and loved every second here. Kimo, Rico and Ahmed to name a few of the staff are amazing and helpful. Will be booking again.

Valeria Dar Atlas is a great family hotel. We stayed for 10 days (a 6-months old baby, parents and grandparents). Went all-inclusive in November 2022.
- Animators work tirelessly to create a fun and joyful environment. Lots of daily activities, from darts to football, to dance classes and diverse shows/ performances.
- Food was good. Some comments say that there are no signs, making it hard to pick what you want to eat. They have attempted to fix it by putting signs (occasionally), although if you ask, you almost always get a response. Breakfast foods are always the same (all you need really), however lunch and dinner foods varied. Some of us don’t eat meat and for sure didn’t go starving.
- Rooms are a little outdated, however really comfortable and spacious. Cleaning was done daily. The hotel complex is really nicely set out.
- Wifi was good for us, in the rooms and on the premises. Good enough for Zoom/ Skype calls, watching videos, social media, etc.
- Perfect hotel for a ‘lazy’ holiday, if you want to chill, eat, dance and sleep next to the pool.

Mixed feelings about this place. Upon arrival I thought it looked really nice and was pleasantly surprised with the room. The food is ok but you'll get sick of the same general rotation of the menu. Be very wary of the breakfast as it's usually swarming with bees! As me and my partner spoke English we were given orange wristbands which basically means you're practically economy as the French are treated like first class here. The staff, there's a weird one. The bar staff gave me wrong drinks constantly and always huffed when I asked for something that wasn't their usual menu cocktail. Entertainment staff here are super creepy as they spend most of the night chatting to young women for obvious reasons and are not exactly discreet about it, very sleazy. The main pool area was a bit loud for my liking so I spent a bit of time at the Zen pool which I was outstanding and the staff at the restaurant there - especially the head chef - couldn't have been any nicer! Drinks at this restaurant do cost you but well worth it as the quality is much better than the rubbish cocktails served at the hotel bar. Overall my stay here was ok but I think I'd recommend somewhere else to anyone wanting to visit Marrakesh

Hôtel propre, chambre propre.
Nourriture variée, fraîche, beaucoup de fait maison et très bon.
Piscine non chauffée.
En séjour avec notre enfant de 3ans1/2, mini club fermé, possibilité de demander des activités auprès de la responsable du mini club mais une animatrice qui dit jamais bonjour aux enfants et qui paraît peu intéressée. En bref, cela ne nous a donné nullement envie de lui confier notre enfant.
Sinon bonnes animations pour une période hors saison.

Gros point négatif : VOL DANS NOTRE CHAMBRE ! Bien que nous ayons pris un coffre fort! VOL EN JOURNÉE d’un manteau homme de marque LACOSTE! Et la DIRECTION QUI N’EN N’A RIEN EU À FAIRE !

Club Marmara der Atlas : gelegen op 15 km van Marakech in een plaats waar niets is, de kamers zijn basic maar wel proper, restaurant lekker. Musjes eten mee op terras maar ook op het buffet. Verboden om restje wijn vanuit het restaurant mee te nemen en elders in het hotel op te drinken. Heel luidruchtig Franstalig animatieteam waardoor je niet rustig kan lezen op terras en aan het zwembad.

Beautiful garden, nice view to the Atlas mountains. Large buffet. Will fi only in reception area, not good connection. Technical difficulties, heating . No fridge. Staff friendly but relaxed.

Personnel agréable et accueillant mais peu parlent vraiment bien français. Établissement plutôt moderne.
Restaurant proposant des plats variés. Plusieurs piscines en fonction des ambiances (animé, calme et très calme).
Pour autant je ne pense pas y revenir car je n'apprécie pas vraiment l'ambiance "club". Notre chambre était un peu vieille Malgré plusieurs demandent à la réception pour avoir une chambre double ou des draps doubles rien n'y fait, et passer des vacances en couple dans des lits séparés n'est pas top. Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas non plus et pas moyen d'en avoir un nouveau ou de le faire réparer

Très bon hôtel club si l'on prend en compte le tarif attractif. .. un hôtel à l'architecture marocaine qui dépayse dès que l'on y rentre. Ses chambres dans une lignée de riad sont toutes aussi dépaysantes. ..
Du personnels qui ne demande qu'à vous faire passer de bonnes vacances.
Un directeur à l'écoute de ses clients et très accessible.
Seul petit point négatif, si on veut une deuxième carte de chambre, il faut payer 2 euros. ..

Notre séjour a été entaché du vol de notre téléphone portable au sein d'une valise fermée et nos affaires ont été fouillées dans la chambre!
Lorsque nous sommes allés voir la direction de l hôtel la seule personne à avoir pénétré dans la chambre était la femme de ménage !
A notre grande surprise la direction a fait la sourde oreille et pire à couvert ces agissements !
En effet au cours de notre semaine 10 autres vols de la sorte nous ont été rapportés!
Et c'est seulement après appel de notre opérateur de voyage qu'une "réaction " a eu lieu!
Je ne peux que déconseiller ce club où les vols sont couverts par la direction de l'hôtel !

Rapport qualité prix en pension complète c très intéressant vu que c à volonté à par les excursions de l hôtel qui ne sont pas données !!! buffet pas assez varié sa revient souvent à la même chose.et la piscine à 25 degrés pas chauffé donc un peu froide par rapport à la température extérieure !!par contre personnels très accueillants et sympathiques.

La propreté laisse à désiré, les repas 🍴 catastrophique. Les soirées toujours les mêmes. Et pour se déplacer visité. D'autre endroit que Marackech. Il faut 2h de route. 😫
