Came to Morocco for a 1 week stay at Hotel Bouregreg. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the excellent friendly service from the reception. They also have a great coffee for breakfast and charming cleaning service.

This is my first bad review ever. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on the first day. However by the second night, the staff on duty was deemed unprofessional. They seemed to be distracted by something for some reason even though they were not manning anything or anyone. When I got their attentions, they appeared appalled by my requests that they supposedly offer. I am not a big fan of giving bad reviews at all. But mere rudeness is a deal breaker for me.

Poor rooms. Their dinner is soo bad that they can't offer water in the menu !! Not cool staff in the restaurant

Nice people in hotel with safe gated parking for motorcyles. Close walk to the Medina.
