Good location, excellent staff, buffet breakfast was fine
The property does need some attention, but certainly good value for the cost.
If it wasn't for the excellent staff, I might look elsewhere.

That is a bad experience on the hotel, old furniture, terrible service. We met a cheater waiter when I check in on the night. We booked a room that can not cancel on the website. But we do not know which payment they will charge me. When we check in, they said we need pay cash, but I told them I was paid card on the website. But the waiter said we need pay card. So we believe them. But the second day, I find they have already thought to charge my bank card. That is terrible things; they charge my money twice.

Lovely place, simple and charming, staff is always smiling and being kind, food is okay my only concern was communication since I don't nt speak French, I said I don't eat cheese, they gave me spaghetti with cream which has milk, then I said to please change my dish to nornal spaghetti with extra tomato sauce and no cheese, they gave me almost no sauce haha , I recommend since they're always nice anyways!
Just be careful with souvenirs they tried to steal 2 dollars from me. :(

- The a/c is not working although i reported the problem to the room service dept. but seems that its too old device to be repaired.
- The shower is a hell. Stains are in the tube and few drops of watee comes out of it, it took me an hour to take a shower.
- The tea/coffee kettle in the room is very dirty.
- Disappointing hotel and room.

Within walking distance (20-30 minutes) from the new Marina and the mosque Hassan II (which is a must see). From there, you can go directly into the medina (old city) to get back to the hotel. Try the local beer at the hotel bar before heading out for dinner.
