Probably the worst experience I've had in Morocco. We came here with a desert tour and were promised a private room. However when we arrived, all the other people of the tour got a private room except us and we needed to share the room with another guy. When we explained to the guy at the reception that we were promised a private room and why others got what they were promised except us, he threatened that if we didn't accept the room we would have to get out and go to find another place to stay. His attitude was way beyond my expectation and he didn't even want to have a discussion. We were forced to accept his offer and found that the room was very shabby. On the whole almost everything was terrible. Do not stay here!

It is a terrible place. The receptionist has a bad attitude. We are promised with a double room but they only gave us a triple room shared with a stranger. And the receptionist even threatened us that if we didn’t cooperate we would get nowhere to live. 希望中国游客不要来这里被坑了，对中国人一点也不友好。

We stopped at the place on our way from Marrakech to Merzouga. Our first impression wasn't really good as the rooms were bit cold, but once we sit down for dinner things started to change slowly - the simple soup was followed by a nice tadjin and fruits. But what really made our evey unforgettable was the owner and his barber friends who joined us after dinner and played lots of local music, so that we had an incredible international evening with dancing happy people.
The morning after we had nice homemade breakfast and were really sorry we had to leave the place soon after. The hotel has very beautiful locations and super friendly stuff, so all in all it is worth visiting and supporting the guys. At the end we don't remember luxury, but the valuable time we spent around the world.response / report this review -

This place is amazing! We had a really nice time with the guys, they played music for us and we really enjoyed. The room was super clean, the food really nice and the staff awesome! Recommended 100%

Really nice. Staff are really helpful, they play the drums for us and make our stay a happy one. Food was traditional and the rooms warm and clean.

Dormimos aquí la noche antes de llegar al desierto. Tiene habitaciones amplías y buenas terrazas. Cenamos allí y desayunamos bastante bien. Pero deja mucho que desear la comodidad de las camas y la limpieza aunque por lo que he viajado por Marruecos, la limpieza suele ser escasa

It's cold in the rooms, very dirty, just soiled blankets without a duvet cover. We stayed a night on our desert tour.

Be warned. No heating during the night and saying that it gets cold in the Atlas mountains during the night would be putting it mildly.
