Not the newest hotel, but it is quite nice. Staff is great, limited English but they really try their best. Breakfast is okay, typically French

Could be so much better. A room w/o a water glass? Heating in the room stopped working the second night. They could fix these things easily.

Heater is out of order, made a claim and they said it takes time they could not fix it so I asked them to change the room reception replied no room available ! Terrible customer care and service and worst attitude ! And freezing mind

Count on a good massage and facial treatment as well as staff. Manicure and pedicure is not their fortè.

Comfortable beds, shower with consistent water temperature. But the staff inconvenienced us INCREDIBLY by insisting that we return to the airport to get an immigration number that the immigration officer never gave us. Very infuriating.

I definitely recommend this lovely hotel . The staff are so kind and very helpful . Most of the shops , restaurants etc are in the neighborhood. Did I mention breakfast is divine .
