  Following a long journey from Spain after ferry cancellations, bus, train & taxi in pouring rain, I arrived at 20.30 exhausted, no welcome drink as promised or offer of food although people were eating and drinking.
  The Riad is in Medina and impossible even for a Rabat taxi driver to find. He had to ask 8 people. AVOID!
  Woman owner spoke in English but said she NEVER understood my replies!
  I wrote into Google translate, but she would not read!
  Not given room booked, No patio. Given very poor shabby tiny cramped room with No windows, I could see though!
  Only one free electric plug for charging and that was hanging off the wall above water! [see picture attached]
  Worst breakfast ever.
  Served triangle cheese and given teapot from another table that was cold. I had to put my finger in the tea to show it was cold as they pretended they did not understand.
  I was offered an omelette. I asked if I could have tomatoes in it, but was declined.
  When I cut into the omelette it was full of black hairs see the pictures attached. Done deliberately as they were Muslims and had hair totally coved and just laughed when I showed them. There was no other way the hairs could have got in. Horrible and worst experience on my backpacking journey from Madrid to Marrakesh, my fault, I picked Riad Dar Alia!!!
  I offered to pay by putting it into Google Translate but with a reduction for th wrong room and no breakfast. But she would not read
  AVOID!

  Riad molto curato nei dettagli, i proprietari sono molto gentili e la colazione è abbondante.
  In una posizione ottimale per poter girare la Medina, ma volendo anche la città in se che è molto bella da vedere.

  Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in einer tollen Suite im ersten Stock. Das Riad hat genau die Einrichtung, wie man sich das aus 1001 Nacht vorstellt. Hinter der Eingangstür zum Riad öffnet sich eine andere Welt. Ruhe, Stille und angenehme Kühle mit orientalisches Einrichtungsgegenständen. Tolles und reichliches Frühstück und nette Besitzer. Zimmer haben Aircon. und tolles Marokkoflair.

  Este riad es la mejor opción en Rabat. Yo si vuelvo me quedaré allí. Esta en la calle principal de la medina además de bien comunicada con todo lo visitable. A 10 min andando del tram para visitar la antigua ciudad de Salé. El personal es muy amable e intentan ayudarte con todo. Resolviendo cualquier problemilla q te surja. Gracias Mona por todo.
