Wow! This agency is amazing! Car was very new, great tires, and great condition. They will essentially meet you anywhere, whether it is outside the main city, in the city, or at the airport regardless if they have an on-site location there or not. The best part was the outstanding customer service! Anytime I emailed about a question I got a reply back right away--thank you Yasmina Oulouda for your remarkable communication abilities. The best part was when I returned the car to Casablanca airport. Now, there is no office there at the airport so when i asked where to drop off the car I was told that one of their colleagues would find me at the airport parking. It seemed a little vague as there are several different parking lots at the airport but I ran with it. When I got to the airport and pulled into the parking for my terminal a guy ran out and tapped on my car as I drove pastof course it was the Abidcars agent who miraculously found me and indeed was waiting for me at the parking lot. Incredible service! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Alquilamos un coche en Marrakech para 9 días. Habíamos encontrado la agencia por Internet desde España y nos pareció seria, así que nos decidimos a buscarla una vez llegados a la ciudad. Dimos con la oficina y encontramos a Yahía, que en todo momento fue de trato claro y muy amable, nos facilitó todo tipo de preguntas y sugerencias. El día del viaje, nos trajo el coche al Riatz y nos acompañó hasta la salida de Marrakech para indicarnos el camino. Nos facilitó devolverlo un día más tarde directamente al aeropuerto. Con toda seguridad volveremos a alquilarlo cuando volvamos. El coche funcionó perfectamente y consumió muy muy poco! (Dacia Logan)

I rented a car in Rabat for 3 days. Communication pre-rental was good and they offered to collect me from the airport. This ended up not being possible (which to some extent was not their fault due to a huge rainstorm), but they adjusted for that and thereafter the rental was smooth. Car was great. Liaison was easy. I am normally wary of smaller local agencies, but my experience was very positive. Recommended
