The personal is very kind and helpfull. The wellnes part is amazing really modern and good atmosphere. My only problem was with the rooms they were not my taste i dont really like the old fashion.

Great hotel. Super service. Great breakfast buffet. Nice spa next-door. All in all a great experience, we will be back for sure. And the view from the skyline bar, magnificent.

Great Cocktails on the 26th floor. Nice choice of music. Reasonable prices.
Entry fee on the evening: 5€
No entry fee around noon.

Definately a must-visit when you're in Riga.

Very nice hotel! Clean rooms, friendly service and good breakfast. The location is very good, very short walk to the old town. There's a nice sky bar in the top floor and a night club in the basement if you want to party all night.

In my opinion, I think the newer rooms in the low rise at the back of the hotel are better than the so-called 'upgrade' rooms in the front tower. The furnishings in the older room may be more traditional looking but the room was way too small for so many table and chairs. Consequently it was actually less comfortable and crowded.

The newer rooms cost less and perhaps more sparsely furnished in modern style but it makes the room more spacious and open.

Air conditioning did not work.

I give Radisson a strong 4 based on their hospitality and helpful nature. The room were big and the bathroom had a tub. The bed were great, something I seldom say, so that's a really good thing!
If I'm going to complain about anything it would be the breakfast. It was pretty tasteless and the many containers were filled the same things.
But I am very happy with my stay and enjoyed it very much!

Great value, and great views from the upper floors. Bar on 26th floor is great fun and an ideal place to relax. Scared of heights? Try the equally fun Sports bar in the basement! Staff are friendly and facilities good. Excellent value for money!

The hotel staff is superb. The rooms can seem old fashioned I guess it is the Soviet era heritage. But the gym and the spa are perfect. The room has everything you need. Definitely recommend for the price quality.

You get what you pay for, in a somewhat positive manner. We paid an extra €40 per night to upgrade to a higher room and the view from the 17th floor was worth it! Our room faced the Freedom statue and the iconic Riga skyline. Cheap and clean RedCab taxis available 24/7 outside the hotel.

Don't let the nice exterior and lobby fool you, though, it's an old hotel with pretty small rooms that obviously has been (somewhat poorly) refurbished. Don't expect luxury.

The only thing drawing one star from our stay was that they didn't change our bed sheets even though we laid it out so the large ketchup stain was clearly visible. Huge let-down and it gets you thinking about what other stuff they don't clean..

Excellent hotel for business traveler

Stayed at this hotel for a conference. Exceptionally clean rooms. Had to ask for an iron for work shirts but they delivered it in 10 minutes. The park in front was beautiful to run in for 1 mile loops and the hotel was a 5-10 walk from the old town and lots of restaurants. The concierge gave a great recommendation for a restaurant for a business dinner. I would stay again
