Good breakfast and nice place to sit down. Wifi is really bad, so don't count on that if you're working. Didn't have any coffee beans for filter coffee and the espresso wasn't that good.

Found this place on a list of good cafes, but it ended up being an amazing cocktail bar with great food and even better drinks. It seems to attract locals, they stayed open well past closing, and overall had a fantastic vibe. Makonis deserves all 5 stars.

Fantastic food, unique and delicious cocktails, and great service! We were there on a Tuesday and there was music trivia in the evening. My date and I had a wonderful time!

Excellent menu, and if there is something you can't find there, it's always worth checking with staff. And staff are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.
Great Old Fashioned and s nice touch - you get a postcard with the image of your cocktail that you can send to your friend straight away (bar staff will post it for you) or you can take it away with you!
Sunday brunch waffle menu looks very promising and I'll be back to try it out!response / report this review -

Great little place for food and cocktails. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cosy. The service is prompt, the food is tasty and there is plenty to choose from drink's wise. Had a great time at Mākonis and will go back there again.

Went here for weekend Brunch. They serve different pancakes as much you wish to eat for a set fee. Recommended to try four salty options and four sweet option to find the favorites. Also menu available for lunch or dinner

A truly stylish environment with the choice of menu reflecting every detail in the interior: well thought through, pleasant and beautiful. Not to mention the complimentary popcorn and lemon water with our delicious cocktails and the chocolate cheesecake and mint roll.

Wow! This place rocks. Run by hipsters but they are friendly. They know their cocktails as leaving the choice to them resulted in fantastic cocktails all night long. The appetiser meat and cheese boards are to die for.
