Отзывчивый персонал отеля учитывает все пожелания посетителей. Чуткое и внимательное отношение к постояльцам .

L'emplacement est parfait, le prix est très correct, le personnel toujours présent (24h/24). Le bâtiment et les chambres sont propres. Nous sommes venu en famille et avons pris 2 chambres, la familiale n°32 est très bien, en revanche la seconde n°33 est vétuste, surtout la salle de bain qui est à refaire. Dans les 2 chambres des fenêtres ne se verrouillent pas et des ampoules sont HS. L'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible, d'autres clients ont bu des bières et discuté jusqu'au petit matin, j'avais l'impression d'être dans la même pièce Pareil pour l'isolation extérieure, le bâtiment en face était en rénovation, les ouvriers commencent tôt. Le lendemain j'ai acheté des bouchons d'oreille. Le petit déjeuner est en buffet, il y a de tout. Sucré/salé/fruits/jus de fruit etc. Compte tenu du prix, c'est quand même un bon hôtel, équipez vous si vous n'avez pas le sommeil lourd !

Nice boutique-hotel in the heart of Old City of Riga. Good for families and couples, nice rooms with wooden floors, good breakfast. Location is the best!

Situato nel pieno centro di Riga in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere le varie attrattive della città. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia delle camere e bagno. Colazione essenziale ma comunque buona.

I just spent 4 days at the hotel. I have to say the staff made an incredibly positive difference in my experience in Riga. My first day at the hotel I inquired about payment for public transportation, and one of the concierges actually walked me across the street to the shopping center and purchased a 5 ride pass on my behalf. Then everyday I showed places I wanted to get to on the map, and they'd look up which tram/bus lines and where I should stop. I'd lost my adapter, they told me where I could find one (ELKOR btw has them).The 3rd day I indicated I'd like to get out of town and the manager/concierge suggested I go to Jarmala on the coast. I did and it was one of the highlights of my trip. I got an excellent online discount so probably was given the cheapest room available. It was spacious and clean though, but again, the staff made all the difference. I felt like any time I came down to the reception and asked a question, I had my own personal tour guide.
