We actually walked from airport to hotel but used Google maps as no signage. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good seating area and quick lifts. Breakfast was not great that I didn't go two mornings even though open till ten. Room only fully serviced once in five days. Had to ask twice for extra pillows and had to ask for fresh cups, coffee and bath towel. Best thing was the nice big telly but few English speaking channels.

The hotel is modern and nice, rooms are standards with big smart TV, you can even get a nice sofa.
I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Still, gym is nice; breakfast is standard and the restaurant, from 14 to 22 has a discrete choice of dishes. Personnel is very polite and friendly, willing to help at any time! Recommended!

This is a lovely hotel with a very friendly staff and cozy rooms. It's the best choice for those who arrive late in Riga or need to catch an early flight, as it's only a 10-minute walk to the airport or a quick ride by taxi. The hotel is also conveniently located just 1-2 minutes away from a bus stop that goes to both the airport and the city center. Overall, I believe it offers the best value for your money.

It was a very good experience!!! Friendly staff, super clean room ( very important to me), great dinner. And the bed was amazing! Simple breakfast at 4 am! - a hard to find amenity these days. Overall - 5 stars - would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Good hotel, not so good staff. The receptionists, waitresses and hostesses all came across as very unprofessional and unsure of what they're doing.
The breakfast is lovely, but I'd recommend skipping the restaurant, as it leaves a lot to be desired.
The rooms are quite small, but clean, comfortable and not noisy. Good for a short stay.
