Clean and tidy but doesn't have the range of offerings of many other coffee shops in town eg. no skinny, only soya as an alternative.

If you like expensive coffee soup and still frozen apple pie you're at the right place!

Unfriendly staff. The "baristas" are not really well trained, as gets obvious when you look at them handling the coffee machine. No proper cleaning of the milk foam maker etc. The worst thing though was, that even though we ordered the coffee for here, we did get paper cups. Looks like Costa Coffee doesn't care about the environment at all. Even after repeatedly asking for proper cups, we didn't get them. This was our last visit to this chain.

Big coffee is too big, and too much water.
ASK for less water they do'nt listen.

Nice cafeteria in the centre of old town Riga. Excellent view from the 2nd floor tables to the small market really nice and cozy. And really big coffee cups!

We ordered a frostino and a latte the other day, and everything was fine. My kid recommended the frostino, so the next time we ordered I wanted to try it too. But this time they had added cookies, and I have gluten allergy. It did not say on the menu that it would contain cookies, and when I asked to get a new one without, they refused to give me one. They blamed me for not asking if it was gluten free, even though it was without cookies a few days ago. My kid also thought it didn't taste as good with crumbles in it.
Over all, I think this is really bad service to refuse to replace something the customer cannot consume.

Nice place in a shopping centre but it also means that you have to bear the buzzing of the people passing by. The staff is polite and friendly.

Most unfriendly barista in my life. Instead of giving the change back he threw it on the counter and it fell off without apologies. If he could threw the coffee, he would. Not going there again, ever.

Nice place for a coffee on Saturday morning, view is good, tolerant to people who chat, work or just sit and sketch for longer periods of time without buying more and more coffee or tea. But like most chains it lacks individuality and coffee is so-so.

Typical coffee chain. Nice seating with free wifi, good if you are a traveler exploring Old Riga. The signs are in Latvian but the servers speak English. Very convenient location
