  Me and wife ordered food . It was pork knucle and satigie salati.. the food in this resturant was really horrible . the pork was cooked too long and it was dry like it was boiled and tasted like nothing . When we said this too waitress she said that you eat like 25%from the dish then you have to pay the amount and she made us pay money . which was in very rude talk .. the resturant good with decor but food and service is horrible

  Lovely staff and good value for both food and drinks. Staff speak good English and are incredibly friendly and helpful. While we were in Riga, it became our 'local' we enjoyed it so much

  Fantastic food, great atmosphere and such friendly, helpful staff. Came here for dinner and drinks two nights in a row and would've been more if we'd been in Riga longer. Thoroughly recommend.

  Nice place for breakfast. The prices are fair and you can enjoy a big variety of different warm and fresh meals. The interior is very cozy and clean. The waiters are very nice and helpful.

  I've already been here a few months back once and enjoyed it greatly, so naturally, visiting Latvia again, chose Golden Coffee to go to. Both times the restaurant delivered - the food (I had their national dishes) was top notch, the waiters were friendly and helpful. I don't usually drink wine in restaurants (not really a wine guy), but the staff talked me into it and, I must say - it was well worth it! Reasonably priced and very tasty.
  Despite the place being quite crowded, the food was served rather quickly -- unexpectedly quickly, even.
  Apart from that, the atmosphere of the place is also worth noting - it had a great cosy and authentic feel to it, and the view from the terrace was simply stunning. While visiting the second time I had also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, with whom I've had a very nice talk.
  Without a doubt, visiting Golden Coffee was one of the highlights of both of my trips to Riga!

  This will be my second time dining at Golden Coffee this restaurant never disappoints! I decided to try out the place a few months back after a I got an advice from my friend. I'm now convinced to make this our regular spot. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by lovely hosts, till the end of our visit everything was on a high level.

  Were a small company of eight people at a business dinner. Service pleased with its courtesy professionalism, all dishes brought at the same time and warm. No one had to wait for anything. portions are large enough. I advise those who want to sit and relax in a cozy place, quietly, without haste.

  My friend and I enjoyed some very tasty, freshly prepared, local comfort food here tonight. This restaurant is small, quaint and romantic. It does have outdoor seating. The portions were comfortably large, at all the food was simply delicious!

  It was -20 degrees outside and we wanted something warm. Ordered hot chocolate and it was served lukewarm. One person in our group ordered coffee and he said it's the worst he's tasted. The staff was inattentive and we had to wait a long time for the bill.

  Ordered soup of the day, there was a fly in it. I returned it back. Will never return to this place.
