The best hotel close to city center: good value to the price, free parking, Wi-Fi, wonderful restaurant on 11th floor with a panorama view, SPA, Beauty saloon, Gift shop, Conference&Event Centre, car rent services, delicious breakfasts, bouling center 5 min walk from hotel, park with a children's playground in front of the Hotel.

Lovely hotel ! Really enjoyed the stay and spa. Massage was very good, however the masseur spoke a lot and I couldn’t relax completely, which kinda made me upset. They have amazing restaurant (amazing because of the quality food they serve) and rich breakfasts !

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, always happy to help. I had booked a double room but had initially been given a twin room so had to go back to ask for a double room. The double room was Ok, it was clean but needs redecorating as it was a bit tired looking. Breakfast was very good, nice selection but bit chaotic when busy and struggled to find a free table. All in all, a good hotel in a great location. Just a little decoration needed and would have been a definite 5 stars.

Located right by a bus and tram stop, it's easy enough to get into Old Town. On foot it takes about 20 minutes but crossing the bridge over the water puts you by the busy traffic. Fumes Fumes everywhere.
Whilst I was staying here, they were doing works in the restaurant as late as 23:00 which would set of the fire alarm.
The staff are friendly and polite unless they are dropping things. At least 4 separate occasions plates or even a tray of empty bottles were dropped.
The hotel bar is slow and closes too early but take away is available from reception.
There are three lifts, one of which is glass with great views out toward the old town. This lift is the only one that goes to the eleventh floor where the new restaurant is located.
My room had a bath/shower combo, two narrow single beds, air con and a minibar.
Lastly, the room walls are paper thin So that's fun.response / report this review -

Everything was perfect! Stuff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very nice and comfortable, spa was very nice, morning buffet was with very big selection, location was good, lobby bar. Didn't need anything else! Definetly come back! Thank you for making our time in Riga perfect! :)

The hotel is very nice and has several unique touches to it. I stayed in a Superior room, so this review is based on what was included with that. My room was very comfortable, and bathing amenities included a terry cloth and slippers. Complimentary WiFi, spa access, and breakfast were included in my rate. I cannot comment on the spa amenities since I didn't use them, but a jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, and Turkish bath were all available for use. Breakfast was a nicely laid out buffet with an extensive variety of foods. Parking is free in a lot next door and the tram into city center is right on the corner. It's a very short 7-9 minute tram ride into Old Town. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a comfortable hotel with good breakfast. If you come at night a delivery of food (from local restaurant) may be more than 1h! But anyway it was tasty and free😉

Easily accessible by car, lots of parking space outside. Varied - but not outstanding breakfast. Well working Internet connection. Since it's a bit outside the centre, it is quiet, even with open window. Nice views over the city from the balcony.
City centre is a bit far to go on foot, hotel seems to be popular for organized groups, so at times the elevators and breakfast room are very crowded. Quite a lot of noises from the corridor could be heard in the room.response / report this review -

First impressions were not good. The hotel appears to be in a run down area and away from restaurants, bars and the old town. Once we got our bearings though we found a couple of really good local restaurants and it is only 30 minutes walk to all the major tourist attractions. In addition there are good cheap public transport links to the old town and out to the airport
The hotel itself is clean although slightly run down. There is fast free wi-fi and breakfast is good with the exception of the machine made coffee. When you take the price in to consideration this hotel is really good value for money.response / report this review -

The noise insulation between rooms isn't brilliant so you can hear your neighbours clearly. Otherwise everything else is fabulous- Food, bar, facilities, decor and staff.

Not a real 4* hotel. Maybe 3*. Comprehensive breakfast, lovely, the best. Clean. A bit far: 20" walking up to the center (or take a tram or 10€ taxi). Problematic card access system. Sometimes the staff gives no greetings when entering the building. No wifi downstairs. Good place but overrated/overpriced.
