Affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK, but the bread was a bit boring. The service was good.

I have to say it, I will not give this hotel 4 stars.
But the restaurant was really great in October.
Tried again in January and was not the same anymore. Was nice but not the same.
Portions were smaller and taste was less.
Hotel rooms are nothing more than a 2/3 stars hotel.

Lovely hotel. A little out of the way but quite convenient for the airport. The number 22 bus drops you off from the airport and it's just a short walk to the hotel . Beware that on the way back though you will need to walk to the stop before the hotel as it diverts just before the hotel junction. Only 2 Euro each way.

For: Clean, well presented and large rooms and reasonably priced. Only 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport (or take the bus from the airport). Good breakfast.
Against: Only one person in check in last night and one other person in front but it took 20 minutes, which is not what you want at 10pm. Staff need to cheer up. Everyone looked sad, with no smiles.response / report this review -

Facilities are as expected. the building is well kept and the rooms are clean and decently sized. The location is somehow average, a bit far away from everything, but kind of close to the airport. Some services, like the taxi service, are well arranged, however the whole experience lacks personality and the service is average at best. Long check in procedure, unhelpful staff, and poor quality breakfast with no service whatsoever. I stood at the front desk for 8 minutes waiting for service and I didn't even get aknowledged, despite having staff floating around. We arrived for breakfast and no one checked us in or explained us anything (we could have rocked up from the street and have breakfast without anyone noticing). Overall decent if you look for the bare minimum after a late flight, but not suitable for long stays or for something more personable.

The lobby and dining area are fabulous. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is not convenient to the old city. Few restaurants in the area.

The good:
Very clean with very friendly staff. I would stay there again if I am back in Riga.
The bad:
The booking page on priceline said there's a hotel shuttle but there wasn't. That being said, there is a public bus that goes from the airport to the hotel, so it was not a problem.
Since I was leaving earlier than breakfast, they offered me a bagged breakfast. However, they didn't ask if I had any restrictions of any kind. When I got the bag, it had some kind of cold cuts that I was not going to eat. This may be a cultural thing and me not wanting meat may be sounded weird to them. That being said, if you have any dietary restrictions, you should ask, don't assume they will ask you.response / report this review -

Rooms are not soundproofed at all. Pillows are more like bag of leftovers from tailors workshop. And the bed. Having light switches in the middle of headboard is not fun at all. Breakfast buffet has a large selection but not to my taste (who would like something like boiled bacon?!) . Would not stay another time in this hotel.

This hotel was one of the best that I've stayed in Riga. The breakfast was very good. I've also eaten dinner there - the food was good and prices average. The room was clean and nice. The room was quiet and I've had good sleep there.
The small minus could be for location - it is quite far from the centre, but it also could be benefit as there is no traffic jam like in the centre :-)
Other thing was shower curtain over the bathtub that caused that weather was on the floor. Would be better to have glass thereresponse / report this review -

Mostly a business Hotel. Not the best one not the worst one. Quite good food. Not too friendly staff. Good rooms. Not downtown Riga.
