  Year 2016: Ordered a tent.
  Tent was faulty, was exchanged with no problem. All good. But that is when a good experience ends.
  
  Year 2017: New tent had the same exact defect and leaked exactly from the same spots. As SIA Averto stated, the manufacturer stated this is a defective batch. After a 4 months of e-mail exchange (because the seller does not reply in time, offers to repair the tent myself by buying products from them) I sent the tent in. They promised to send it to manufacturer for inspection. Few months passed now. No answer to my e-mails. Filed a claim to ECC-Net.
  
  Terrible customer service. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to be responsible or help you. Better choose another store.
