Don't hesitate, just go there! The owner, Gints Rungis, is a wonderful guy. He's a patient and excellent instructor for beginners like me and for serious waterskiiers too - he is former Latvian and USSR champion!
Indeed, he had me up and skiing within 30 minutes - thank you, Gints!
I should add that his daughter (also a junior waterskiing champion) is an instructor there too.
On top of this, it's a beautiful location as well!
I really hope the local authorities encourage him to build up Jurmala Waterski and Wakeboard Park - I have no doubt it will be very good for the local economy.

Enjoy water rides with bladders and other special equipment. Skiing for children with holding rod, inflatable calk, wet suit, driving in motorboat.
