If you have booked this place thinking it will be a nice hotel in the centre of Luxembourg, you're wrong I'm afraid. Across the road from two nasty looking strip clubs, two sports bars, and with curtains that don't close, you're certainly not in for the best night's sleep of your life. Service was lacking and unwelcoming, breakfast was minimal and undercooked, and the rooms very basic and not cleaned well.

the location to the city center is ok (15 min walk) but the area of the hotel does not seem safe at all.
I travel alone and both nights i could not sleep. In the first night people were bumping into the door of my room at 4 in the morning and screaming on the hallway and in the front of the hotel. the second night police came at around 2 am in the front of the hotel because people were fighting again.
the rooms are decent, clean sheets but the carpet seems like it was not cleaned properly for years. the shower was very small, i could barely fit and i am petite.
People at the reception very very friendly!
All in all, i think the hotel should not be rated as 3* and also the price should be a bit lower compared to the conditions.response / report this review -

DO NOT GO!
Hotel Yasha were we stayed in Luxembourg did not reached any of the minimum standard of quality and hygienic from any kind of accommodation someone can expect.
The staff ENTERED IN OUR ROOM WITHOUT our permission and with our explicit request of them NOT doing it. Due to the fact you personally did not help us and after contacting them via email a I did not get any response back for this unfortunate situation.

Did not like hotel at all. Dirty bed. Too small shower area.Staff quite not responsive. I asked to change my duvet because it had some stains. Receptionist did not understand English that well. Said staff will come and check the room in 5 mins but no one came. Very poor breakfast. Staff doesn't wear any uniform they are not identifiable as staff. This guy whom i haven''t seen among staff asked me the room number while i was having breakfast. I was quite skeptical if i am giving room number to staff or to strangers. Not a business category hotel. Bit too unprofessional.

We got a room and someone was already inside.Very bad welcome before. Then we got another room dirty in the bathroom, stuffy, and with a wifi issue. Another person came to complain also. When we asked a refund, the person started to yiel, asking us to get out of the hotel, and took his mobile to call the police. No way to talk at all, the person was rude and yielling louder. Just unbelievable. Stay far from this hotel.

WARNING! I stayed at this hotel from the 7/7/2017 and was planning to stay until the 16th. however i only ended up staying for 2 days forfeiting about 700 euro in the process.
Here is the reason why:
Although the hotel advertivses itself to have wifi, this is a complete lie. the wifi did not work either in our room or anywhere else in the hotel.
While this is just a minor inconvinience and not at all a reason for a 1 star review what happened next is.
My girlfriend went ONCE to the frontdesk to ask if anything could be done about the wifi situation . The reception proceeds to barge in our room claiming we do indeed have wifi and that it is our fault for not being able to use it.
Now we are tech savvy and have about 5 wi fi capable devices none of wich worked so this is obviously a bold face lie.
Lies are one thing but as my girlfriend lets the receptionist know we dont think he is telling us the truth he FLIPS OUT.
Starts calling my girlfriend a "b***h" and a "piece of s***t" and when i confront him about it he THREATENS ME saying he is gonna fight me.
Obviously i instantly check out and find a new hotel.
If you like being INSULTED and called a B***H or you like sleeping near people who are ready to FIGHT YOU, then you might consider staying at this hotel. For everyone else STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN from this place.
I have never been treated so unprofesionally at a hotel or any other buisness in general.
Furthermore as soon as i checked out i contacted a local hotel for an emergency booking the next day and recieved a booking for 7 days ( 2 days less than my original one) for a lower price than at YASHA,
So dont belive that this hotel is cheap either.

Good location, but very noisy at the evenings. People at the opposite pub keep shouting and fighting till late. Room was okay but could do with more cleaning. Very few power outlets. The bedsheets were very strange, we couldn't figure if there was any at all. There was this strange fabric covering the bed which we assumed is bedsheet.

The hotel is good and the staff is very nice as well, is located very close to the railway station and the area of bars and pubs so if you are going with your friends this is a good option!!
