Excellent atmosphere, great drinks the British way and staff is friendly and welcoming, also tried their best speaking English :) music is just loud enough to hear yourself chat and the lighting gives you a feeling of homey and comfy room. 100% recommend especially on Sunday evening where it feels more like a family time :)

Terrible restaurant. The service is poor and the staff is rude. There are many good restaurants in Belval and Urban is definitely not one of them

Worst bar/restaurant in Belval! The service is nonexistent and the waiter rather flirts with the other service staff members than actually gets his job done, we had to walk up to the bar the get served for dinner.

However, this was not the biggest let down, the manager did not seem to care nor did she apologize and laughed in our faces for bringing up the matter. A real no go and highly unprofessional..

And a little bonus: the manager only speaks french, it is a mystery how a bar in Luxembourg offers a job to someone who only speaks one national language (no Luxembourgish and no German) and on top of that does not speak English either.

As others have mentioned really nice place for dinning, drinking or hanging out. Love their burgers and drinks and staff are nice too. Highly recommended! Some people might find the prices a bit over the top but given how expensive other places are in Luxembourg this is class.

Great Food, great staff! You surely won't wait long for your dish to arrive. The atmosphere is great, although it seems like a night bar, do not be fooled by its appearance, you will surely experience a restaurant type quality of service and food. Definitely a must visit in belval!

Really good burgers, standard Luxembourgish prices for dinning out, and decent staff. Overall a nice atmosphere for lunch, dinner, or a couple of drinks.

The service is horrible (most of them. There are 2 good guys). I waited 15 minutes until someone took my order. The food is not bad but too expensive.

Great place to meet with friends and enjoy the company. However loud music it's extremely annoying and it's hard to interact with others. Food is great, especially burgers ;-)
