  I was given the wrong product by the pharmacist, so I went back in an effort to return the item. The pharmacist refused to take it back, giving the excuse that the medication should be kept in the fridge and they cannot guarantee if I had kept it in the fridge or not.
  The point is that the pharmacy gave a medication that’s not fit for purpose, therefore the pharmacy should assume the loss! Not the client, whether the item was kept in the fridge or not!

  Got a nose spray broken and went to make an exchange. The pharmacist did not believe me and pretended I had used it and broke it myself. Really !!??! I had to insist (could not believe it) to finally got an exchange! The worst is that the pharmacist is still sure that I lied to him. avoid that place if you expect customer service and politeness.

  The people here were pretty friendly and my boyfriend (who is Chinese) was surprised that they have staff that speak Chinese and actually have signs posted that they can help you if you’re Chinese. I was in and out very quickly too.

  Beaucoup de bien veillance et de bon conseil.
  Grande pharmacie. Toujours à l'écoute des patients. Des pharmaciens et des préparateurs multilingues : Serbe, arabe, chinois en plus des langues européennes : anglais, français, allemand, danois, portugais, italien, etc.. À mentionner les heures d'ouverture étendue au point de penser qu'il s'agit d'une pharmacie de garde
