I am amazed at the opening hours - the post office is open between 8-12 and 13:30 - 17:00,. I will have to take a day off to send a parcel. Lol.

While the service is ok, opening hours are horrible.
During the week day open when other people work. During the saturday, when people can actually reach them, closed.
What is the purpose of this office, if it doesn‘t work when you need it and you have to go to Gare?

They ask for a different document all the time. I come with the paper they left for me in the post to pick up a parcel and they ask for another document

I do not know if I can trust them with my package or not since one has to fill in the form otherwise the package will be send without insurance nor tracking service. So I have chosen to send it without insurance because I do not feel like to fill in the form.

Normally the clerk is able to do these things with his/her computer .
There is no automatic machine available there!
The tarifs are not as published officially on the Post.lu website.

I recommend clients to go to the central city for a better post service !!!!
