  There is a possibility that they charge for 11 beers although you have had 9, but check it yourself.
  However, this is a democratic public place, and we must be happy to have a place like this in this snobbish city. Especially with its summer terrace.

  Very swanky joint just at the bottom of Centre. Never stayed here but have eaten at the restaurant and had drinks at the bar. Ambiance is nothing to write home about and prices are ridiculous as is the case in many hotel bars in Luxembourg.
