One name for two restaurants, one "gastronomique" one "Brasserie". We ate at the "Brasserie" and the food was freshly prepared, top quality and the best part were the reviewed classics. We had the "Cordon Bleu" and the "Bouchée à la Reine" like none before.
The staff was very friendly. The only negative point was the noise in the room.
