  Absolutely awful experience.
  Paid €12 for a frozen margarita pizza that tasted of cardboard. Friends had bland, flavourless steak. Steak wasn't cooked as we had asked.
  Service was slow and poor. It was hard to get a waitresses attention, and she seemed a bit scatter brained. She cleared half our table, then forgot to do the rest.
  Manager is an absolute nightmare, she's rude and unhelpful. When we told her we were unhappy with our meal, she shrugged and clearly couldn't care less.
  Place was also dirty, dead flies everywhere.
  Avoid avoid avoid.

  Hotel vieillot mais propre. Est situé au pied d un site historique. Calme. Ascenseur. J y retournerais.

  It's a trap! Do not go to the restaurant. We waited for nearly 60 minutes for our food and when it arrived it was not even worth it. They only served fries as a side dish which were terrible. The whole dish including the plate was steaming hot like if it came out of the microwave. Initially I asked for a tap water and got a tiny glass, when I asked again after 50 minutes of waiting I never received it. And the price was higher than in the centre of Luxembourg Ville. Regret, going to that place.

  Noch nicht mal einen stern wert! Uns wurde für 13€ eine nicht fertig gebackene tiefkühlpizza und für 18,50€ ein kleines tiefkühlschnitzel mit wenigen pommes geboten, nie wieder!!!

  Personnel désagréable, chambre petite et pas très propre Vieilles installations Nourriture de mauvaise qualité, prix élevés bref hôtel a éviter car tres décevant pour la réputation du Luxembourg

  Staat te boek als motorvriendelijk hotel, maar:
  Een zeer norse receptioniste wou geen plaats geven voor de,nochtans vrije plaatsen.(dit bleek achteraf).
  De dag nadien was er een andere zeer vriendelijke dame die wel toegang gaf voor de afgesloten garage.
  Ontbijd wordt laat geserveerd 8u 45, zodat een vroege rit tamelijk laat kan beginnen.
  Restaurant van goede kwaliteit/prijs.
  Propere kamers , lift aanwezig.
