Not far from the center of Luxembourg, clean. But the services they offer are limited. Paying to get access to Internet (25euros for 3 nights) is a shame Even the city offers the internet

Beautiful inn, really warm welcome.The entrance is beautiful, large and full of light. The rooms are large and beautiful, couldn't hear the noise someone complained about, the neighbourhood was as quiet as it could get. The only thing that could be improved it would be the pillows, they were too thin, but I could easily not mind that.

Central location and easy to find. Late night check in worked like a charm. Daytime personell was very friendly and helpful.

Wooden floor and ugly, bad smell in the room. There is no space to store food which goes right next to the clothes. Kitchen equipment very limited with few Ikea furniture. Bed is comfortable. I would not recommend for long staying. Although acceptable for a week-end, there are cheaper places around.

Beware the hidden traps in the hotel rules. For example, if you don't clean your room before you leave they will charge you 100 euro. Wifi is crazy expensive. If you lose your keys you can phone for help, but don't phone too frequently and don't leave a message if you cannot reach the manager or you will be fined 100 euro. I have attached photos from the hotel guide.
The hotel itself is fine. Spacious rooms, nice lobby and nice design. Coffee is included. It is just a pitty about the 'fine print' in the rules and the expensive wifi.response / report this review -

I was very disappointed by our stay in this apart- hotel. The room was horrible: we had appartment number 6 and the room has no access to the outside (yet it is charged the nomal price): the window opens on the hotel's lobby/staircase. It was therefore impossible to ventilate the room, and when I woke up, I felt like I was really missing fresh air. I am not even sure whether renting a room with no access to fresh air is legal. In addition, wifi was not for free - which is not the standard practice nowadays. On top of that, the manager was not helpful at all, and difficult to reach.
Considering that we had to pay 83 EUR per night for that poor level of service, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

I stayed here last weekend. Simple hotel, with beautiful architecture. I would recommend, as a good value hotel. Two things to note, wifi is not free, and you will be charged if you do not clean up and take out bins before you leave.
