  Situé dans l'aile Nord de l'hôpital Kirchberg au cabinet médical numéros 16 et 17 l'équipe de l'institut européen de la main se compose de 5 médecins spécialisés en chirurgie de la main et membre inférieur. Une équipe très professionnelle et performante à l'écoute de leurs patients.
  En plus de la compétence des médecins je tiens à préciser que les secrétaires font un travail remarquable et sont indispensables au bon fonctionnement de cet Institut. Grand Merci encore en particulier à Madame la secrétaire Francine qui est toujours à l'écoute et très sympathique.

  Hallo,
  Ich hatte einen schweren Unfall und bin gut und sehr zuvorkommend behandelt wurden aber der letzte Termin bei Scanner und dessen Abrechnung ist nicht nur Fehlerhaft sondern einfach nur schlampich
  es ist alles schief gegangen was schief gehen konnte und man trifft Mitarbeiter die keine Verantwortung übernehmen wollen.
  Mitdenkende Mitarbeiter- fehlanzeige, Willkommen in der HÄ Gesellschaft
  Fehler passieren uns allen aber sie eingestehen und ungeschehen zu machen das ist ein fremdwort, wir sind eben Menschen.
  Ich habe 6 Wochen gebraucht um alles aufzuklären und bin auf sehr viel
  unlust der Mitarbeiter gestossen aber auch das die Mitarbeiter nicht weitergebildet werden.alle machen wir fehler!
  Ich werde dieses Krankenhaus meiden und mich an andere Stelle beschweren.

  Hôpital excellent, structure neuve et propre. Le lieu est très accueillant et rassurant, le personnel est efficace. Arrivé avec une fracture le matin je suis sorti l'après-midi juste après mon opération. L'équipe médicale est très sympathique et très pro. Merci à eux

  Au lieu d investir dans le bâtiment, vous auriez du investir dans le personnel! Manque de compétences et professionnalisme de l accueil à la prise en charge. Ça fait des années que je suis patiente au Chk comme à la Bohler, je viens juste d être opérée d urgence à la clinique Mayrisch d Esch et je compte y rester, jamais je ne me suis sentie si à l aise dans un hôpital comme là bas. D ailleurs ici on ne vient pas me réveiller chaque 2 h ou me prélever du sang au beau milieu de la nuit, sans compter les bavardages de couloirs de la femme de ménage aux infirmières!!

  I went to urology multiple (which is an understatement) times and the doctor eventually told me it's in my head despite discharge, blood and prostate pain. It felt like he only wanted to cover his ass rather than do his job or ask microbiology to look for something different. And for the times I asked them to look for a parasite rather than a bacterial infection they still did a bacterial check instead of the one I paid extra for. Did they even go to medical school? But hey, it's luxembourg.

  The woman receptionist in pediatric station is very rude and sarcastic, she doesn't know how to handle or treat their patient nice and with warm hospitality. She doesn't know how to speak nice with people like she owns the hospital. I will never ever again go back to that pediatric station and bring my child, and to see the face of that woman again. To the pediatric station please do the screening with your people and teach them how to be nice because we do pay for our appointment every time we get there, it's not free so please give your patient a satisfaction and a good service.

  My god, where do I start? From an emergency room with very nasty, impolite staff who don't answer you even if you are lying in a bed with immense pain (no empathy whatsoever), to being hospitalized for 6 weeks (still in hospital) where again there are constant problems with medications, treatments, etc. I was unfortunate that this was the hospital on duty when I fell - if you have a choice, go elsewhere. This hospital is a SHAME!! The people who noted this hospital a 5 stardo you work there and need to get the rating up???

  I got injured while on a business trip and went here. I paid these idiots and they keep sending me bills and the doctor did nothing for me but give me a brace!!
