Very nice high quality ice cream. I would like more flavours but everything else is good. Nice environment as well. Outside backyard to enjoy the ice cream.

The quality of the ice-cream is good but today the service was dreadful. I asked for an affogato ice-cream which is duly listed in the menu and I was told by the staff (three times) that this is something they cannot serve as she never hear of it before! During this surreal discussion another member of the staff explained the women who was serving me what an affogato is and she finally got it. But it is not over! When it was my girlfried's turn to order she asked for the same and the waitress (the same one who found out about the existance of affogato) asked how many balls. We said three. When she served us the affogato my girfriend did not receive the coffee which normally goes with it and we asked for it but we where told "If you ask for thee balls ice-cream affogato you're not entitled anymore to the coffee" What's rule is that? Then why did she ask how many balls we want? One we finally sat down in the terrace another waitress came along and started cleaning all the tables with a detergent which is a good thing but we were still eating! Smell was so intense we had to leave. They really need to train their staff. So fed up of bad service.

An ice cream lover who is happy that this has become my local! Lots of variety in flavored, can taste test before you buy and the best thing is the ladies who work there are very friendly and nice. Only think that I think could be improved is that you can't see the actual ice cream flavors so it's hard to know what is what. Otherwise highly recommend this place!

A good ice cream, best I've found in Luxembourg city. The rating is only four because I'm ultra picky with ice cream and there are better one in other countries. But not in Luxembourg.

Overcharged & not refunded. I ordered a "grand" bowl with three balls of ice cream (price: 6 EUR) and was charged the individual amount three times (for a total of 9 EUR for a simple sampling of three ice creams). When we returned to the cashier to disputre, they said I had ordered three single orders), and were unwilling to refund the difference.

This is a new low-point of service in Luxembourg. Avoid at all costs!

The best ice cream shop in town. Very friendly service, nice tables inside and on the back yard. You can try every flavor if you want to without feeling you are doing someone wrong.

The ice cream itself is the best in Luxembourg Ville. I tried all places I could find and that's the only one still on my list. For the very picky gourmets though I must say their ice cream is rated 7.5 in my global scale from 1 to 10. Is the same rate the famous Bertillon in Paris has.
