Sorry - pretty unfriendly staff at front desk not helpful at all, reservation cancelled without notice- different pricing ! Price per room average, cleanliness is good, breakfast is o.k. Close to city

Excellent steaks and a potato puree to die for. The bar adjacent is warm and cozy for a few drinks, definitely one of my favorite places to have a relaxed drink and good food in the city. Check out the other restaurants of the same owner.

My wife booked online - email confirmation was received. When we went to check in, they stated we had no booking and they would do nothing to help. They kept blaming different staff members who weren't there anymore.
They made us stay in a storage area in the basement that was damp, cold and noisy, on the promise that the next day we would have a better room available. The next day in speaking with them, we found that they did have rooms available last night, but they were a grade above what we'd booked so they didn't want to offer them. They lied to us and treated us like suckers.
After hours of them wasting time again, they sorted a room for us that was meant to be an upgrade. It was still small, very old furniture, tiny TV and pokey bathroom. We were so happy to leave this place behind us.
The breakfast was very basic, but okay and the location is decent, but there are other options in the same neighbourhood.

Very friendly staff. The rooms aren't the most beautiful or biggest, but when entering you can smell the cleanliness. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The breakfast is very well, you don't have a big choice, but the food is good.

It's a very good location, you can easily walk to the city centre. We left our car in the parking lot (which costs 15 euro a night). Even after checking out, it wasn't a problem to leave the car until the afternoon.
