Today, for the first time time i ordered 2 pizza from Quadro Delizioso - Pizzeria and I had a very bad experience.

Over 1hour of waiting, I called the restaurant, to ask about my order. An unfriendly guy just replid that the delivery is on the way. Fine, waiting another 40 minutes, finally the delivery arrived. I ask the delivery guy why it takes so long, very friendly he apologized for the delay that he had 3 more deliveries to do, and i am the last one. Well, fine hoping that the pizza is good but of course it's not. Not only they are not cut but they were COLD already and the crust is so hard that is not even chewable.

So in conclusion waiting 2 hours with bad customer service is in my opinon not acceptable, in addition the distance between the restaurant and my place is less than 10km. (on a saturday, 10 minutes drive)

Will never order again.

Fair Italian food but nothing special. Waiters can be impolite and/or slow. They're trying to be upmarket, so if you want some tap water in addition to the 6 plates you ordered they'll say: we don't do that.

Too noisy, unpolite waiters. Generally dishes are OK, sometimes even very good, but unfortunately when you get a bad day I am sure you will avoid the restaurant for the coming months.

Very bad serving, we asked around 8pm if we could have a drink, they told us ok but not on the terrace. It was not a busy day, a lots of free places. Finally we wanted to share a plate with our drinks, because they don't have on their card and told us it is not usual for the house to do that. They refused. And finally they gave us the bill asking us to leave. Will never come back. Very bad place.
