  The place is very nice to have lunch or dinner or even to get a cup of coffee or a beer in the afternoon. The interior is really pleasant and modern. The terrace is interesting as well with a good view. The restaurant is situated in an ancient train station and the railway has been transformed in a cycling route. From here you can walk straight into the forest. Now, the quality of the food could be better. Service is quite ok.

  Becher Gare lies in a stunning location, with an amazing window to see the planes of Bech, Berbourg and Herborn. The building is lovingly and tastefully renovated, paying its dues to the local identity as a train station.
  
  The service is quick, bit very unorganised. In the end of the day, they were so lovely and charming that they turned it into an asset.
  
  The menu is very weird, trying to combine Luxembourg cuisine with a twist, but then also offering completely random food. What happened to that Thai Shrimp dish? The food was edible, but had several flaws. The entrecôte was overdone for two people, the salmon was dry and the salad drowned in dressing. The desserts were generally fine but failed in small details. The food failed to live up to the high expectations this restaurant gives you. Their wine list was well curated.
  
  All in all a place you visit for the setting, not for the food. If you go there, stick to their pub.
