Full disclosure I’ve been quite unhappy about BGL’s services for a while now. That being said, my opinion has substantially changed since I switched from my previous branch to this one. Staff are super helpful and friendly, consistently going the extra mile to help customers. A huge plus and one that isn’t frequently advertised, is that you can schedule appointments for Saturday mornings which no doubt will be useful to people working office hours and who are thus not able to go during weekdays. Please note that because staff are working during the weekend, they only operate on a four day week - i.e four work days a week.
