A bunch of incompetent, unprofessional agents. Avoid like plague!!

It was not only a misunderstanding of hour, on which they should have clearly mentioned AM, PM, but also the person on the phone did not note down correctly my number, thus I couldn't be contacted in the morning by the agent (confirmed by the responsible agent that a 8 was noted or read as 0). Also, the secretariat did not provide me with a phone number of the agent on the spot (I admit this is also a mistake on my side as well, which I will never repeat), neither a follow-up SMS with all the details (as many other agencies are doing). Some agencies go as far as calling or send an SMS 1h before meeting as kind reminder.
The day after the "stood-up" visit, when I called the agent in charge of the apartment visits I was treated like I was the idiot who couldn't understand that 8:30 was in the morning (because, god forbid, how can I assume that they would ever arrange a visit at 8:30 in the evening).response / report this review -
