Great city Luxemburg. I was there with a host from Couchsurfing. The tourist office will provide you with enough information you need. While you are there be aware the streets in Luxemburg City is very up and down. Not good for your knees but I would say it’s worth it.

Pretty helpful. Check out the Luxembourg Card. Good value! There is also farmer's market in the square containing the office.

Friendly tourism information centre, the lady was extremely helpful and gave us tips for sightseeing in Luxembourg. She was very fluent in English as well.

Very helpful, and the staff have great English. Ask for the city walking maps to walk the routes yourself, with included details on famous spots.

As soon as you get to Luxembourg I recommend going to the City Tourist Office where they will provide you with everything you could need and more to get around the city – they offer guided walking tours or give you the maps to do it yourself!

Friendly tourism office with interesting and informative walking tour. Claude was especially nice and helpful. He even let us keep our heavy backpacks there while we were walking on the tour which was much appreciated!

A very friendly office. They have pamphlets and maps free of cost for you unlike many other countries where they charge couple of euros for the maps. Also have free wifi and not very long queues.

They reply to the information you ask for but they weren't very proactive indicating what could be done and I believe if you go to these place is because you need some sort of help.
The only information given upfront was that there would be a tour. Nothing was mentioned of the tour being paid for until the very last minute A bit disappointed with this city guide. They could do so much more

Located in the city centre, around 1 minutes walking distance from Luxembourg station. A male staff helped us buying Luxembourg card. He was carefully calculated whether it's worth it or not using Luxembourg card with our travel plan. He was so helpful. Other staffs were also nice.
