Quite expensive in price but it's worth it because you can sit down and have a coffee viewing the panorama. There are seats there with the tables where you can order any food or drink as it is a restaurant as well. Also if your seated you will not miss anything because the tables keep rotating slowly so everybody can see the whole city.

View from the tower might be not the worst one but interior is 'old school' or better say from 90s. Food and drinks are good. Rest room is dirty and old. Place where you sit is creepy and noises from it are annoying. The last thing is elevator if you decide to go down you have to ask personal to push a button or it will not open doors. Fun

A place with a nice atmosphere. View the whole city. Recommended to come before sunset has a stunning view! Not many know but there is a restaurant with really nice food

Very interesting building with a rich history. It is the highest building in Vilnius where you can see amazing panoramic view. There is a restaurant with a platform which goes around on 22th floor. So you can relax and enjoy the view. Very recommended!

I highly recommend visiting this place as you got to see Panoramic view from highest point in Lithuania. You can get here by taking bus no. 1 or 3 from city centre. Ticket cost €7 on weekdays and €9 on weekends. Food in restaurant in decently priced. You can get coffee for €2.5. Highly recommend this place to first time visiters.

An interesting experience in Vilnius. Interior is very Soviet-like so it's a bit like going back in time. Prices are steep.

Excellent views but the accessible area of the tower is basically just a revolving restaurant. Unlike Tallinn's TV tower there is very little to do/experience once you've enjoyed the views.
Prices in the restaurant are a little higher than you'd expect (€8 for a burger) and there was a 35 minute wait for our food to be served. That said it was hot and tasty once it arrived

We eat at the restaurant. The tables rotate so that you can enjoy the view at 360° during your lunch. If the sky is clear, you can see very far and it certainly add some atmosphere!
The food is fresh and good, well presented and tasty.
The service is fast and efficient.
All in all very recommended for something different than the usual restaurant. Five stars!

Five stars for the view, two stars for the atmosphere in the restaurant/viewing deck, so three stars as an averaged review. First off, the view is really excellent and worth a visit. Ticket prices are reasonable and the ticket desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. But, the security guards at the high speed lift were gruff and impolite (maybe tired after a hard day? no excuse, though). The restaurant itself has kept the same type of service and decor it must have had in the soviet days and is in dire need of new management and redecorating. The place has such high potential, it's sad to see it not being fully used. Food was edible. What surprised me the most is that visitors cannot leave on their own. The lift back down must be called by the waiter (there's even a sign about this near the lift). When I asked why, I was told that this was to prevent people from leaving without paying for their food :))))) . Would be hilarious if it weren't so sad

Great restaurant and staff from reception to waiters were very accommodating. Food was good, but was more impressed with desserts than main course. Waiter was very helpful when suggesting food items to us. He was also kind enough to take lots of photos during our visit. It is a good place to bring tourists to make their visit to Vilnius memorable.

Don't expect much! It's only a cafe, regular place to eat. Plus they charge you 7 Eur for lift.

Really beautiful place. Because of the slow rotation, you can sit and enjoy the view, but I didn,t like the food.

The view is good, but the tower is not that tall. You need to book your table in advance. The admittance fee is quite high.

Absolutely superb! Fantastic views across the city and the food in the restaurant is excellent. This was the highlight of my week long trip. I will go back and take friends and family. ***Please note the TV tower opens at 11am but the restaurant opens at 1pm. ***

Lastly, I have noted a few instances in Vilnius where venues have not been signposted very well. The TV tower was one of those instances. Currently (June 2016) you must go past the old overland entrance, down some stairs, turn right, through the glass doors and through a tunnel to get to the ticket office. VILNIUS, SIGNPOST YOUR TOURIST ATTRACTIONS PROPERLY!
