Crap. mascarpone is like a cream with sour taste, like a lemon. Waffle itself would taste like a bread if not a peanut butter or raspberry jam and so on. Just looks good and tasty.

It was disgusting. Toppings were really weird, mayonnaise with pickles or whatever it is was awful. The waffle itself was really hard and dry(not cold though). Salmon was tasteless, beef too.
